"Good morning, my love," I greeted with a soft smile as I woke up and looked to my right. I caressed my sleeping beauty and leaned over to press my lips softly against his. I smiled as I looked upon his beautiful features and I got up to just move to the side of the bed. I sat next to him and held his soft hand. I lifted it and kissed the back of his hands as softly as possible, so that I don't wake him. His beauty rest is strongly important to me you know...

I started to softly humm one of Harry's favorite songs and it was a song hat I actually wrote for him from when we first started seeing one another. We were still in the honeymoon phase of our relationship, but I already knew that he was my forever, so I made a song that expressed my feelings about him and sang it to him when we were only 6 months into our relationship. The title of this song was called 'Home'. He was crying by the time I was done and we made love to one another for the first time that night.

"Do you remember that baby? The first song that I have written for you? It was how I was truly feeling and I still feel that way. Don't think that I have lost such a feeling. It only grew more and more as we spend more and more time together. You were destined to be mine and I find that a bit humorous as I can recall the time when I never believed in such a thing, but I really never thought that a being like yourself would walk into my life. You changed that for me and I can never thank you enough for that," I tell him softly and caress his cheek once again.

This had me thinking of when we first met. It was such a coincidence, but at the same time... it was also fate placing us in the same spot.

Flashback...
I was practicing my fencing skills and I was doing even better than the other day. Which my instructor found pretty shocking as he stated that my delivery last time was outstanding and that there was no room for improvement. I reminded him that there is always room for improvement and that led us to even more training. The time where I will be leading my very own kingdom is fastly approaching and I need to be prepared for just about anything and everything. I need to have the defense skills because even though I will have guards to watch over me, I don't want to be seen as weak to anyone. I need to protect myself as well. A king that can't even fight for himself has no right to be a king at all. Because if he can't protect himself, then he surely can't protect his people.

"Taking a break are we?" I asked my trainer when he took his helmet off. I was not ready to take a break, but I do respect other time, so I lowered my sword. "Yes my lord. Your skills do make me a bit weary. May I go and have a drink? I will be sure to return as quickly as possible," he says to me and I nodded my head, allowing him to exit the ring.

"Sir, may I suggest that you take a small break as well? Maybe practice a few other skills while you wait. Fencing can protect you from a human, but you also need to be safe around other vampires. They are least likely to attack with something as silver as this sword." "I am aware of that, yes. I have today to be for fencing only however. Tomorrow, I will be focusing on my fighting skills," I tell him and I remove my helmet. "If you say so, my lord," he tells me and walks out of the room.

When he stepped out, I did decide to take that time to practice a few stances and I started to practice alone. I put my helmet back on and went back to practice. (Not sure what it's called, so we are sticking with helmet.)

"Do you not have a partner to do these practices with?" I hear a voice ask and I stopped and turned to only see another being with their gear and helmet on. "My guide stepped out for a small bit of time, why?" I asked and lowered my sword. "No reason honestly. Just seeking a bit of a practice run. My guide left for the evening, but I am still not satisfied with the amount that we did," he tells me and turns. "Since your guide is still around, I will just look for another being to fence with," he said and started to walk to the door.
