Today her sweet home , in which one can usually feel warmth ,was unusually cold . Nobody came to welcome her . Usually when she return home after a trip , her mother would welcome her with aarti and her father and brother will always welcome her with hugs and kisses . Today nobody was there . The mansion was unusually silent . She went upstairs towards her father's study . At this time Rajveer was usually at the company or if at home he is in study . She went inside ,she saw her mom sitting on the sofa and sobbing while her father was consoling her .
Rajveer said looking at his precious daughter ," Riva, are you alright beta?"
Riva looked at her father then pointing towards her mother she said," I am good but what happened to mumma ... Why she is crying?"
" Not to your mumma but reyansh.." before he could further say anything, Riva snopped ," what happened to Bhai?"
"Clam down ,Ri and listen carefully. Reyansh met someone at the art competition . He fall for her but he didn't told her , his true identity . He told her that he is a normal office worker . The girl also hid her identity . That girl is Aashi Singhania . Armaan's sister . You remember she was sent abroad when she was small . She came back . They met there and then when Reyansh wanted to confess, Rudraksh men took her back . Reyansh thought she was kidnapped by Rudraksh because he failed to contact her after this ,so we went to meet Rudraksh at his office . There we came to know that she is his daughter . Now... After coming back .. your brother locked himself in his room and got drunk to the extent that we have to send him to the hospital . There also he is refusing to corporate with the treatment . We called you back because we know , Reyansh only listen to you . Only you can make him understand."
After Rajveer completed the story , Riva assured her parents that she will talk with her Bhai and will make him accept doctor's treatment.
She rushed to hospital to meet her brother . In the hospital ward, she saw her brother looking towards the window . His face was pale . Reyansh means ,"first day of sunlight ." He was always a cheerful person . In this twenty five years she had never seen her brother so depressed .
She said,"Bhai.."
Reyansh looked at his sister . His eyes were swollen . They witnessed the fact that love has the power to break a person beyond repair . He gave a faint smile to his beloved sister .
They were born together. Although they were not in same section but in same school and same class . Riva and Armaan were in the same section . He only left her when he went abroad as exchange student . Seeing her brother like this made her heart ache.
She say near him ," Bhai .. why are you doing this to youself?."
"I am a loser Ri , I promised Aashi to be with her forever, I promised I will marry her but now I can't do anything . I fall for the wrong person. If only I knew she is Singhania . If only I knew she is my enemies daughter ... If only .. " Reyansh sighed.
" You can't change that though.. you can't change any of this fact Bhai .The only thing that you can do now is getting over her . You have to accept this fact and move on. Every one is tense Bhai .. today when I returned ,I saw her crying . Father was also very tense . Bhai please for your family , compose yourself . Try to forget her ." Riva tried her best to console her brother.
" I wish we were not enemies Ri, Aashi is a very good girl only if she was not born as Singhania." Reyansh said in sad voice .
" But she is .. and you are Kapoor so Bhai now forget her .. it is best for you and for her ... " Riva reasoned .
For the next few days Riva continuously visited Reyansh and tried to cheer him up . With his sister's support he normalised . He apologized to his parents for his childhish behaviour and promised Riva to forget Aashi .
After half month he joined his office back and tried to divert himself by working .
