Riva's p.o.v
Hearing the announcement , my heart shattered. It broke into million pieces without making a single noise . I was never a weak girl . I used to bully people but today I was bullied by my own family . I looked at Reyansh , he was standing with his head bowed in guilt . I looked at my father , he was avoiding making any eye contact with me . His eyes showed his helplessness . I couldn't understand what Armaan's grandfather said that made a tyrannical man so vulnerable that he agreed to get me married in the family he despise so much . Reyansh wanted to say something but papa stopped him .
Everybody was talking , about what I don't know because I was lost in my own thoughts . Like every girl , I don't have much expectations about my marriage because I was always busy competing Armaan . I wanted to be ahead of him , always .... Whether in studies , sports or business . Yet, I had one expectation that is to be married with someone who will love me just like my father loves my mom . Now My father , who use to fulfill all my wishes fixed my marriage with the person who can never love me and I ... I can never love him ..
They fixed our marriage date . Reyansh and I will have a conjoint marriage . Karthik dadaji , said he doesn't want people to raise fingers on their families so it is better to get Aashi and Reyansh marry again . I can understand Reyansh and Aashi loves each other so they have the right to marry but why must I sacrifice my own happiness . My brain was asking me to stand up and rebel . I wanted to say," I will not marry Armann ,I won't sacrifice my happiness ," but I couldn't utter a word . It was like a lump stuck in my throat which prevented me from saying anything . I looked at Armaan , unexpectedly he was silent . He was the most stubborn person I had ever seen . Back in college even if he was suspended and was beaten in front of the whole public by his father he refused to apologise for beating Ronit . All I know that Ronit has secretly stalking a girl , whose name was never revealed but when Armaan knew about this he beated the shit out of him . After this Ronit was hospitalized for 2 days thus Armaan was suspended and on hearing this his father without even asking the reason slapped him in front of everyone . That was the only time I felt bad for Armaan for having such father . However today he was saying nothing , he was expressionless . Maybe because he know, he is responsible for this so he was not saying anything .But why was I not saying anything? I could appose yet I am letting this happen . Maybe because I was scared that if I refuse then things will become more complicated or maybe I am not so much against this alliance. Maybe , I don't want to land my father in more problems .
After sometime we returned home . Everyone went to their respective rooms without saying anything . I think we were all too tired to talk.
In the room too , I keep thinking about Armaan , one thing I know Armaan is my enemy but yet he was never a bad guy . He played pranks on me and teased me a lot but never at once disrespected me or any other girl . I remember once he helped siya when she got her skirt torned . He gave her his jacket and called me . After doing this , he left us alone . He is the most wanted man right now . Many girls want him but I don't . Afterall many boys roam around me too . I hate Armaan although I don't know the specific reason but we hate each other . How will I spend my whole life with the man I hate so much ? And how will he spend his life with the girl he despise so much? I couldn't help but think .

In Rajveer's room
Rajveer was staring outside the window while Rani hugged him from behind . She said," don't worry we raised a lioness and since she didn't apposed I guess she will accept it . Trust your daughter , maybe she can end this enemity."

In Reyansh's room
Reyansh was talking with Aashi on call , he said ",I don't know how to console Riva , I am the reason why she is marrying someone she doesn't love . I don't know how to face her, brothers are supposed to protect sisters and I am throwing her in pit."
Aashi replied," I don't knw about my I can assure you about my brother ,he won't let anyone do anything to your sister . I am sure Armaan Bhai will sacrifice his own life to protect Riva didi ."
Reyansh," he has to Aashi because if your family will touch a single strand of my sister's hair . I will do anything to make them miserable even if it will cost my own life ." He was serious.
