chapter -25(Accident)

Riva recalled the incident when Armaan agreed with his father to teach her a lesson and today he took her stand for the first time . She realised he has changed a lot . He became more lovable now .

After two days , Rudraksh came back . He wasn't so happy to see Riva and Aashi at house but said nothing .

In her room Riva was on call with siya ," I am thinking of taking Armaan on surprise date as today is valentine's day . I will pick him up today from office and then we will go on date so book a restaurant for me ."

On the other side of the call Siya said," okay, mam."

This conversation was heard by Juhi , it burned her heart with jealousy . She angrily left .

On the other side Armaan was discussing a very serious topic with Raghu," what do you think ,I should give Ri?"

" Give her a diamond set , all girls like it , or you could give her flowers and chocolates ,.... Also makeupset... Shoes ... Expensive bag..uhhhand..." Raghu was really thinking hard .

" She already have them .. for flowers she has pollen allergy and yesterday her brother gave her a bag full of impoted chocolates ," Armaan explained sadly .

" Give her your card," Raghu said .

" It will hurt her ego if I just gave her a card. I tried once and she gave me a good lecture for almost 30 minutes , she is a big feminist ," Armaan sound a little sad.

" Can't you marry a middle class girl , who is not working as president of some company . Or best why didn't you marry a poor girl , then we can have many ideas ," Raghu laughed .

Armaan knew his friend is being sarcastic . He glared at him . Raghu stopped laughing and started thinking again of his boss's first gift for his valentine.

In the evening Riva recieved a present , Armaan sent it . She opened the box , it contains payal . There was a note inside the parcel .

"I KNOW YOU HAVE EVERYTHING BUT I STILL WANT TO GIVE YOU THIS PAYAL , IF YOU DARE TO WEAR IT REMEMBER YOU ARE TIED TO ME .. AND ONLY ME FOR FOREVER ...
ALSO I BEG YOU TO WEAR IT WIFEY 🥹..
YOUR HUSBAND ARMAAN"

Riva laughed reading the note . She went inside her closet and wore a pink saree . She put on a light makeup and wore earings and a thin necklace . She tied her hairs in messy bun and wore those payal given by Armaan . She took the car keys and sent a message to Armaan ," Don't leave your office Armaan , I am coming to pick you up , I have something that I want to talk with you and thanks for these beautiful payal."

Armaan read the message immediately and he was very happy , on cloud nine . He made his appearance presentable. He went downstairs waiting for his wife .
Suddenly Riva called him , " did you got my message?"

" Yes wifey ," Armaan replied in loving voice .

" Then why didn't you text me back?," Riva asked .

" Because I knew you will call me if I don't and I want to hear your voice ," Armaan said in his husky voice.

"I can see you ," Riva said .

Riva tried to stopped the car but her breaks failed . She got panicked . She didn't stopped the car but went in another direction . Armaan who was still on call asked ," what happened?"

" Breaks... They are not working," Riva said in her panicked voice .

Armaan said," don't worry ,I will do something."

He took his car keys and went after his wife . His heart was pounding . Then he said , " I am going to overtake you , hit me from behind and then gradually switch to a lower gear . Remember don't shift it to the lowest immediately it can cause skidding and then use emergency brakes.. only when you safely switch to gear 1 not before that ."

" No what if something happens to you ," Riva claimed.

" Nothing will happen , trust me ," He said.

He over took her , Riva hit him . Then did what he said . After hitting him for three more times her car stopped .
She opened her car door and ran towards Armaan. Armaan also came out of his car . She saw him and he saw her . She hugged him tightly like there is no tomorrow . She started kissing him over his face and he kissed her on her forehead . Then she planted a kiss on his lips . He was shocked for a moment then he deepened that kiss . When he felt Riva was having difficulty in breathing , he stopped . He hugged her again .
