"Chapter Four"

Soon as I got back, I immediately had Mal and the gang make the antidote.

"I'm so sorry for failing the mission." I apologized.

Mal sighed.

"You did your best, that's what it matters." Evie reassured.

"Mal, are you disappointed?"

Mal shook her head.

"No, of course not. It's like Evie said: you did your best."

I must've miscalculated on his feelings maybe he was just nice to me. No one likes me. Once I shed a tear, they used it for the antidote.

"Are you okay?" Carlos asked in concern.

"To be honest? No. I feel terrible." I admitted.

Once I'm finish with this: I have to go. I'm not going back to the tower... but I hate to admit it: but I have a feeling Maleficent... Mal's mother might have the answers I'm seeking. They were silent. I can tell this isn't their thing... I know that even if they're trying to pretend — I can tell each one of them fit in here. But I can see that this is somewhat taking it on Mal.

Despite the talk, I know she's really wanting to make her mother proud.

"Mal." I said as she looked at me before putting my hands on her shoulders, "You know you're your own person, right?"

And it's easy for me to say: especially I am living the facade.

"Yeah, I know."

I warmly smiled.

"So you do NOT have to please—"

"I HAVE TO!" She yelled as this silenced everyone.

I slowly blinked. Still stubborn.

"She does have a point, Mal." Evie agreed.

"Yeah—"

"We're sticking to the mission." Mal then turned towards me, "I knew I shouldn't trusted you if you were gonna fall in love with him!!"

"I'M NOT LIKE YOU GUYS!" I yelled as I would shoot out ice magic out frustration almost hitting Mal.

That's when... it hit me.

Flashback begins

I stared at the boy who cried wolf. After he screamed in "terror", that's when the mob formed.

"YOU MONSTER!" One of them screamed.

I immediately backed off.

"I didn't mean to do it!!" I yelled, "I was just—"

"SILENCE!" One of them yelled.

I panicked. I tried to run. Only thing is they're holding me back.

"Let me go!! I'm sorry!" I yelled.

They were holding me back, it was starting to anger me. I tried to count and calm down, but next thing I know is...

"Let's kill her!!" A voice egged on.

"Shut it! We're not gonna let the king or queen find out!" One of them replied.

"Oh what do you suggest then?" One of the mobs responded.

"Send her to the tower!! No one but all of the isle will know she even exists."

The crowd murmured before reluctantly agreeing. I guess this is my fate: stuck in a tower.

Flashback ends

I... I remember! Although I cannot remember who are my parents still, but this is better!!
