I finally finished all the assignments. I felt exhausted. All I remember is waking up and realizing dude in fact slept next to me. I'm surprised Carlos didn't get his buddy. I saw a note.

Saw dude was with you and by what I can tell he was keeping you company. I figure to let him stay with you until you're finished sleeping. I'm at my dorm room with Jay.

I smiled. I get out of bed and stretched. I would then hear my phone go off. I would pick it up to see a text from Ben.
Ben❤️:
Hey got an hour? I've snuck away coronation practice stuff.
I looked around and looked at my window. I guess I could get some fresh air.
Sure, Ben. It sounds important.
Ben❤️:
Not at all. Just wanted to spend time with my favorite girlfriend is all.
I softly laughed. I would pick up Dude before heading to Carlos and Jay's dorm room first.
Later...
Ben took me somewhere quiet he also stolen some extra snacks and made it a little picnic.
"This is nice..." I said softly as he nodded.
"Indeed." He said as he kissed my cheek.
I warmly smiled in his direction before grabbing one of the snacks.
"I made sure to grab the chocolate covered strawberries seeing how you liked them last time."
That's actually sweet he remembered that.
"So are you sure there's nothing you need to talk about?"
"Well other than after I become king, I have to ask if you want to be duchess."
Duchess? I looked at him confused.
"Ah. You see unless if I marry you, I can't make you my queen." He said as he nervously blushed when he mentioned marriage.
I blushed a bit before grabbing his hand gently.
"We won't rush into it, Ben. I am just still learning about Aurodon, and being in a relationship." I reassured as he smiled.
"You know how to make it better." He said as his phone went off as he sighed, "they're looking for me. Mind if I leave?"
"Of course."
"I love you." He said before blowing a kiss and I would stare at the lake again, munching on the snacks, enjoying the peace and quiet. I hope this would never end.
