Rimuru in the shadow

The upcoming disaster

It's been two weak since Alpha has made contact with Rimuru or to right with her alternative ego. It was an encounter which forced her to think how she survived that day and to believe that there always exists a fish bigger than you can think about.

And form that day she started to keep an eye on her personally. Even when she knows that it's worthless, once the alternative ego is in possession there is no one that can stop her in its path.

Days change in week and weeks change in month and yet she never witnesses that side of her once again.

As the time passes away, she finally realizes how worthless her efforts are. And so she stops following her.

In the last, all its left was an unforgettable fear that will hunt her in her entire life.

"Right, Alpha."

"hhuu..." snapping Alpha out from her train of thought as Beta tries to confirm something showing a report.

"Ohh... yes, it should be like that..."

And with that she started to explain Beta about her new strategy that she had for this upcoming new event.

Will it's not only Alpha that had plans for the new event, but...

"It seems like this time... I am not the only one... that will have the fun." the sound resounds in the room.

While the sources of it slowly moves in the light making herself partially visible to observer. As the light falls on her blue hair making it shines.

"Am I right, Ciel." With a grin on her face she exclaims.

Where on a different day, someone else wakes up giving a yawn, he sits on his bed stretching his both arm in opposite direction to each other and afterward his eyes started to twitch as he then gently open them.

And the next thing, he heard many kinds of noises coming from outside of her room.

"It's unusual..." he mumbles to himself as gets of the bed and then walks toward the balcony to see what's going on outside.

"It's even noisier outside. Why there is so much crowed?" he says looking over the overwhelming number of the peoples, the streets are dwelling with them.

Looking care full at the crowed, he had notice some species of demi-human that do not live in Midgare.

"It seems like something special is going to began... but what?" questioning himself, he tries to remember as he put his one hand below his chin.

"It will going to fun."

"This time no one can beat me."

"He comes here."

As he tries to focus he can heard more sound coming from the crowed, it's all was disturbance to him, but not this one...

"This time the bushin festival is going to even more tuff." That's it.

"Bushin festival hauu... seems like fun." A small grin grows on her face.

"May be I can meet her again."

Hey there no need to comment about it length. I know it's too little, but the only intention I have behind this chapter to make was provide some kind of base or prologue like thing before I enter to final arc.

Yes, final arc. As most of you know that I am out of plot and lacking inspiration to make more of it, I decide to end this story with one final battle and yay you got it. A final battle between rimuru and cid with both of them using their ultimate move(or I should say cid using his.)

And yes its kinda spoilers to you, but... it's not bad. As some time it's motivates the people.
