Miranda made her way to the gate of the plane. She sighed and looked around when no one was standing in line. She should have followed her first mind and left when Tucker and Tuck left which was two days ago, but she was trying to spend the extra time with her parents.

"Excuse me, Can you check me in?" Miranda asked handing the desk attendant her ticket to scan. Looking over at the time and the door that was still open.

"You are not going to miss the flight. The flight has been canceled. You have to go talk to customer service about a refund, a new flight, and a hotel voucher. I am sorry about that," the woman said sympathically.

"Canceled? I have to be back home in time. I am the lead surgeon on a groundbreaking surgery. This little girl is 10 and she needs my help." Miranda stressed chewing her lip before palming her head and walking over to customer service.

Miranda found the area and stood behind a man, who was at the counter listing his grievances. "I really need to get home. It's very important. I'll fly wherever I have to tonight so I can get there in the morning. Can you help me?"

"There won't be any more flights tonight due to the storm." A tall man in uniform responded with a sad face.

"Dam it," Ben grumbled.

"Here is a hotel voucher," the man spoke handing him one.

Miranda walked to the front desk and she looked around once more before getting a great idea. She could fly privately to the next airport that way she could miss the storm and take another flight home.

Pulling out her phone she searched around for private flyers. She came across a man named Walter who wasn't too far from here. He flew a plane called the Cirrus Vision SF50. From the pictures, the plane was big enough to fit four people including the pilot but she was willing to do it. It was only a 2-hour flight to Denver.

Calling Walter, she told him she needed a flight and he sent her his address.

Miranda looked at the gentleman who was previously at the counter. His headphones were placed in his ears as he wiped his hand across his head.

"Excuse me, sir," Miranda interrupted, tapping his shoulder.

Ben looked up at the woman in front of him and the first thought that crossed his mind was gorgeous. She had big beautiful brown eyes, full plump lips, and her hair was curled nicely. Shaking his head Ben zoned into what she said.

"Sir, I think we have the same problem. I am trying to get home to Seattle and-

"We can't, there aren't any flights tonight because of the storm,"

"Yeah, I know but I figured something else out, Come with me," Miranda spoke. Ben nodded grabbing his bag and following.

"There is a man named Walter. He flies private small planes. I have to go talk to him but I think he can get us to the next big city so we can fly out from there."

"Okay, the next big city that would be in front of the storm would be Denver," Ben spoke.

The two got a cab and road the five minutes. Miranda pulled out her phone and called Tucker.

"Hey, can you put Tuck on?" She asked and waited for a few before she heard his happy voice.

"Hi, mommy,"

"Hey my little man, how are you? How was daycare."

"Good," he chimed.

"Yes, you got to play with your toys and friends.

"When are you coming home?"

"Hopefully by tonight or in the morning. I miss you, baby,"

"I miss you too."
