"Do you have any proof that she did it? " Jungkook came forward in defense
"These are the clips of Ms.Kim y/n from the day of his murder." Prosecutor smirked widely and gave the jury a pin drive

"You can clearly see her trembling figure. Anyone can act like that after attempting a murder" Prosecutor said
"Moreover, I investigated on Park Seo joon's case which left me with bunch of questions" Prosecutor smirked at y/n who was feeling drained
"Can i please call Ms.Kim to the dock your honor? " Prosecutor asked
"B-But your honor.. " Jungkook got cut off the next moment
"Objection overruled" Judge said while pounding the gavel on the desk
Y/n stood up from her place with a heavy heart and a busy mind. Though it wasn't new to her. but she was somewhat afraid . She stood in the dock while looking down
"So Ms. Kim, It was your apartment where Park Seo Joon was found dead. Am i right? " Prosecutor asked
"It's true that i bought that apartment. But i never shifted there" Y/n replied
"On August 13, 2020. You were exempted from your dorm room. Am i right? " Prosecutor asked
"Yes" Y/n hesitated a little as sweat beeds started to form on her forehead
" So where did you spent your day on 14 August. and after that? When you already bought the apartment but didn't shifted there" Prosecutor asked
"I-I... I went to... I... " She started to breath heavily because she got stuck here
"Your honor" Jungkook stood up in shock as he knew that she got puzzled here which can cause problems
"Objection overruled" Judge again prohibited jungkook
"Ms.Kim ? Where were you? " Prosecutor asked again
She looked around in tension. She didn't knew what to do now. If she says that she went jeju then they'll prove that she didn't because she went there after 14. Just then her sight fell on Hari who was sitting on public bench
"I.. I was with my friend.. " She spoke breathing unevenly.
"Which friend? Is she here? " Prosecutor frowned
"Sh-Shin Hari" She looked at him eye to eye but she was afraid inside
"I would like to call her in the witness box your honor" Prosecutor demanded
"Please bring Ms. Shin Hari" Judge said
In the next moment Hari was in witness box looking at y/n intensely. She was confused if she should help her or not. what if she gets in trouble
"Ms.Shin Hari. Right? " Prosecutor asked
"Y-Yes.. " hari replied
"Was Ms. kim with you in your dorm on 14 August? " Prosecutor asked
