Ashlynn's POV

Sunlight, dappled through ancient firs, played on my skin, a prickling reminder of the fire and ice that pulsed within. But the usual chill was chased away by a nervous warmth today – it was my wedding day.

My reflection in the moss-covered mirror, propped against a log, was a vision I barely recognized. The moonlight-spun silk gown whispered secrets against my curves, its bodice shimmering with embroidered silver, and the frothy tulle skirt cascaded like a thousand whispered promises.

A giggle, like champagne bubbles, broke the spell. Bella, my evergreen-eyed sister, stood in the doorway, her raven hair braided with silver roses. "You look breathtaking, Ash," she whispered, her voice thick with emotion.

"Thank you, Bells," I replied, my own voice catching. "You did this, you know. You charmed the moonlight itself to weave this gown."

Bella chuckled, a musical sound. "It was the least I could do for my sister who's marrying a walking Norse god."

I couldn't help but laugh. Thor, my soon-to-be husband, was indeed a sight to behold. Even in the dim light, his blonde Viking hair gleamed like spun gold, and his summer-sky eyes held a depth that could drown a soul. He was waiting for me at the clearing, where wildflowers and rune stones adorned a makeshift altar, a testament to our blended heritage.

Taking a deep breath, I met Bella's gaze. "Ready?"

"As I'll ever be," she said, her smile like sunshine breaking through the clouds.

Hand in hand, we stepped out of the emerald shadows. The clearing, bathed in sunlight, revealed Thor, my Viking prince. His face, etched with awe, seemed to absorb the light, making his eyes burn even brighter.

"Ashlynn," he breathed, his voice a rumble that sent shivers down my spine. "My Ashlynn, under this twilight tapestry, where whispers carry on the mossy breath of the forest, I stand before you, spellbound. Before your eyes, twin pools of molten amber, etched my soul with moonlight, I was a wanderer adrift in frozen fjords, a warrior yearning for a hearth. You, with your laughter that tinkles like wind chimes and a spirit that burns brighter than a Yuletide pyre, warmed my frostbitten heart and lit the path to my forever home.

We are children of twilight, spun from moonbeams and whispers, bound by a love that transcends the mortal realm. You, my firelit sorceress, have shown me the moon's gentle grace within your touch, the fierce loyalty that hums beneath your velvet strength. In your eyes, I see not just the reflection of my eternity, but the promise of a thousand starlit nights, whispered secrets shared beneath ancient pines, and battles faced hand-in-hand, fangs bared and souls intertwined.

With every beat of my immortal heart, with every oath sworn under the watchful gaze of Odin, I vow to be your fortress, your storm, your sanctuary. I will be the sun to your moon, the roar to your whisper, the unwavering oak beside your blossoming rose. We are two halves of the same twilight ember, forever entwined, forever in love.

So, under this Forks canopy, where our destinies bloomed like moss-kissed wildflowers, I take you, Ashlynn, as my wife, my confidante, my eternity. With this kiss, I pledge my strength, my loyalty, my very essence to you. May our love echo through the ages, a symphony of fire and frost, a testament to the boundless power of two souls woven together.

I love you, my firelit sorceress. Now and forevermore."

My heart, a hummingbird trapped in a cage, threatened to burst free. "Thor," I whispered, my voice choking with emotion. "Thor my love, under these twilight skies, where shadows dance and secrets whisper, I pledge myself to you. Before eternity painted your eyes the storm's own blue, I was a melody lost in the night, a riddle yearning to be solved. You, with your laughter that rivals thunder and a heart that burns brighter than a thousand midsummer bonfires, found the harmony in my dissonance, the answer to my unspoken desires.
