6. The Shoot

Yesterday was actually full of surprises. I never knew that he had the most shares, plus Ms Olivia knew him personally and also asked if we were dating. Like seriously?

If that was not all then, he was sitting beside me at the dinner and had his eyes on me throughout. The best thing that happened was Miss Olivia expressing her gratitude personally to me to be the brand ambassador.

~Flashback~

"Hello dear, it's nice to have you here"

"Thank you for having me here it's all because of you"

"My pleasure darling. I did receive the signed contract from your manager, we'll send the copied version of it to your agency in India. And it'll be a pleasure to work with you"

"Thank you for considering me worthy of it."

"You're very capable of it and I know I did the best thing by choosing you as the brand ambassador." There was moment of silence before she dropped a bomb of question

"Are you and Rudransh Malhotra dating by any chance?"

"What? No, we aren't dating." I replied immediately, shock quite evident on her face.

Why am I feeling hot all of a sudden??

AT THE HOTEL

I was lost in my thoughts and came out of it when a strong hand pulled me, crashing on a rock-like surface. I looked up to find Rudransh and realised I was on the edge of the pool. He asked what I was doing here as if he couldn't see. I questioned in return only for him to answer it arrogantly.

'But he looked so pretty, making the moon seem less pretty' What the hell,Vanya? Shut up.

I was ready to leave for the shoot when my phone rang and papa's name flashed.

(P-Papa, V-Vanya)

P- Hello beta, how was the event?

V- Hii papa, the event was good and you know right now I'm going for their shoot.

P- That's really nice but don't book the tickets-

'I knew something was coming'

V- Why??

P- Because Rudransh is also there so you come back with him only. I already have asked him and he will be leaving tomorrow.

V- But papa-

P- No buts-ifs you will come with him and waise bhi akshat ki engagement ki taiyyari aur shopping bhi toh karni hai na.

(No buts- ifs you will come with him and anyway preparations and shopping for Akshat's engagement have to be done.)

V- Okay papa fine

P- Your mom is telling you to have food on time.

V- I will but bye for now. I have to leave. Byee papa

P- Byee beta

'I'm sure bhaiya was the one who told papa that Rudransh was also here' I thought to myself while checking my phone.

I saw Ruhi's message about her being present beforehand with the rest of the team and the car was waiting down for me already.

I went down and made my way to the car where Rudransh was standing near the car with one hand in his pocket and the other had his phone.
