15. Contract

V A N Y A ' S P O V

I woke up at my regular time, doing my regular routine. I asked the maid to send my orange juice in my room and started unpacking all the packages. After I was done with everything. Appling my perfume I rushed down but was interrupted by my not so lovely brothers.

"Where are you going this early?"

"I- am going out with Kaira. Okiee byeee. I'm running late" saying this I quickly ran before they could ask anymore questions.

Before I could get into my car a staff member came "Ma'am this is for you," he said, handing me the bouquet.

They were sunflowers with a note on top.
Sunflowers?? Is it Rudransh??

"Date?"

I just knew this was Rudransh. I chuckled because I never thought Rudransh will be doing all these. I kept the bouquet in the backseat and asked the driver to start the car.

Why does he suddenly want to go on a date? Does he want to make his ex jealous? But he doesn't have any. He has always focused on his business. I parked the car outside the gate of her house when my phone rang, flashing Viransh's name. What does he want now??

Sighing I picked up his call but moved it away from my ears when I heard him scream.

"I swear to god Viransh I'm gonna kill you if you don't stop shouting."

"Bro just come over to the Bhansali studios as soon as possible"

"What-why-" but the call was hung up. I was in my car and was half way when the agency called me.

Viransh is the gossip queen who knows all the news before it reaches us.

Asking the driver to park the car I moved inside questioning the staff about their whereabouts.

I entered the room, where Ruhi and Viransh were already present with a familiar looking person, our casting director and a few other people.

Isn't he a director? Maybe I've seen him somewhere.

"He is Mr Abhay Bhansali."

Oh my Mahadev now I remember him, he is a famous period movie director. How can I forget about him?

"Nice to meet you sir" I said, shaking his hands.

I looked back at Ruhi who had a big smile on her face.

Mr Bhansali left after explaining everything and told us about the movie. While our managers were called to discuss something.

"Vir I'm going to Kairu's place right now-"

"I'm sorry yaar I have a shoot right now."

"Okay then I'll leave"

"Vanya wait, take these, the script and the contract with all the details."

"Ohh thank you- " "you go through all these and tell me when you are ready with the signed contract. Also let me refresh your memory that you have a live schedule with the maybelline at your house so don't be late."

"I do remember it very clearly also for the record that it's you who is late and I'm gonna be there only so don't worry"

"Also the-" "PR packages, as I said I do have a very sharp memory, Ruhi ma'am"

"Yeah I know that very well Vanya Ma'am but the timings for the live is 3 pm and it'll be probably be of 1 hour"
