The author captivates well the eye of the readers with the blurb, but I think that it would make it a lot better if the author provided with just one example of what's to come and stick with the unfinished example as the author did for the last example that he/she gave.

Overall theme: (6/10)

From my personal opinion I would give it a 3 because it's not something I would usually pick, but for people who like ff with littles the theme is good, I just don't think the author made a good choice to make JK a tyrant. But that could be fixed with my suggestion in the category character development.

First chapter/ Intro: (10/10)

 It's good because it doesn't leave room for doubts about the characters.

Pace: (9/10)

Character development: (6/10)

 I suggest doing more POV's from JK so the readers can also understand the character better and maybe his way of thinking.

Grammar and vocabulary: (8/10)

It has room for improvement but is good in general, the readers can understand the reading.

Tips or changes:

 I suggest trying my advice on the blurb and character development, I think it would make the story richer and captivating.
