Walking silently, the group continued in search of the hut. So far, they hadn't run into anyone except Sohee and Chaeun who Jayeon had killed. It seemed the majority of their classmates were hiding, unsure of what to do.

They approached the hut with their weapons raised. Jake twisted the doorknob; it was locked from the inside. Someone was definitely in there.

Luckily, Jayeon had found a bobby pin that had been discarded into the depths of her blazer long ago. She inserted the pin into the lock and began to wriggle it around slowly. After a while and a lot of struggling, the lock finally clicked, and she pushed the door open.

Whoever was hiding wasn't good at staying silent. They were breathing heavily beneath the wooden table they tried to stay hidden under.

And that very table was the one Jayeon approached. She gestured for the boys to follow her over. Once they all stood side by side, she pointed at the table, and they nodded, knowing exactly what she meant.

Trembling beneath the table, Park Soomin hid. Hot tears ran down her face as she attempted not to make a sound, which she was failing horribly at. She prayed those who'd entered the shut would not find her. But when she saw three pairs of matching black trainers, she knew it was over for her.

"Hey, get out before we make you get out!" Jay shouted but received no response.

Soomin remained silent, knowing that was her best option. Maybe they hadn't noticed her. Maybe they were only saying that to make sure the hut was clear.

"So we're playing like that, huh? Do it." Jay instructed.

Jayeon bent down, lifting the red and white tablecloth. "Found you." She whispered, smiling at the terrified girl. She grabbed Soomin by her hair, pulling her harshly from her haven beneath the table. Soomin let out a yelp as she did.

"Would you like to do the honours?" Jayeon questioned Jake.

"Do I have to?" Jake sighed, pouting like a child.

"No, no, you don't have to!" Soomin cried out, terrified for her life.

"We weren't talking to you, darling, so if you keep your mouth shut, we might spare you," Jayeon told Soomin with an aggressive smile, gripping her hair even tighter than she already was.

"Class president, please!" Soomin cried out again, doing whatever she could to get herself out of this situation.

"Her cries are getting annoying. Can't we just kill her already?" Jay sighed as he leaned against the table.

"Yeah, yeah, we'll get to that," Jayeon said before turning back to whom she was originally speaking to. "So Jake?"

"Yeah, I'm on it," Jake said, shaking his head. He kneeled next to Soomin who was on the ground. "We've got a bunch of weapons, so pick one, and I'll use it."

"Just use the gun!" Soomin screamed. "If you're going to kill me, then do it quickly." More tears ran down her face. "I don't want to feel anything..."

"But here's the thing we've already used it, so that wouldn't be fun, would it." Jake smiled. "So make your choice before I make it myself."

"Fuck! I don't want to die. Please just spare me. I'll be good to you!" She pleaded, begging desperately with her hands together.

"I guess I'll have to make my own decision," Jake sighed, rising to his feet. "Hm, the axe, the knife, the box cutters, and oh yes poison." A sinister look rose to his face, nothing like either of his friends had seen before.

They were all going crazy.

"You said you'll be good to us, right?" Jake asked to confirm and Soomin nodded furiously. "Then sit down." He pulled out one of the chairs tucked away at the table.
