tragic demise (⚠️)

tears streamed down his cold eyes, everything that happened piled up in his head. it was all too much, he lost too much.

he remembers vividly, being disown by his biological brothers the moment they found out he was ill both mentally and physically. he thought they would find a way, he didn't knew said way was abandoning him at a hospital. but he supposed they couldn't carry the burden of having an ill brother.

at that exact hospital, he met blaze and thorn. they explained how their now late brother, ice had gotten into an fight with a killing robot. so they were there to give him their best support. taufan felt envious at their effort and care.

taufan, even though didn't grew up with ice like blaze and thorn was deeply sadden at ice's death. he, ice had practically adopted him when the blizzard user heard the tragic story. ice explained that his family was well off, and spending some cash for medicine expenses wouldn't leave a dent in their bank account.

taufan was envious once more.

he questioned why they given him ice's room to stay in, but never dared to speak up. they were awfully sweet to him too, always buying him candies and serving him an unhealthy amount of sugarcookies. that, taufan found offensive, he told them countless times he's not a fan of sweets!

but, he wished he would have appreciated them more than he did. one very night, when poor oblivious blaze brought up his brothers in a conversation, taufan yelled at them and stormed off, giving him the silent treatment and not participating in the hangout,

the hangout that two siblings spend a fair amount of time planning and adjusting to taufan's preferences. now, in the future, he wished he would have just suck it up and hung out instead of what he did.

he still remembered the phonecall he received.

"-blaze feuer nova and thorn narave had passed away in a car accident.."

taufan's eyes practically watered at his luck, the two that actually cared for him were now gone. and they didn't even took action on the culprit.

solar gamma, the son of retak'ka gamma and so called child prodigy was the one to blame. a drunk driving case, frequent for said person and all his cases, he wasn't never taken action on. taufan despise him, but despise the cruel and tormenting world even more.

now, present day, he stood numbly at the tallest building a nobody like him could access. with tears still streaming, with the rope marks from a previous attempt still laced on his neck, he walked closer until the breeze itself was aiding to his suicide. his face formed a weak smile, as he let the wind pushed him forward to his demise.

am I still a burden, gem?

he pondered as he welcomed his ending with a widen smile.

the loud thud made halilintar's ears ring, he felt uneasy as he pushed through the forming crowd. he almost gagged when his eyes met with cold lifeless azure ones, who's neck was snapped in a gruesome way and his body splattered across the road like a run overed racoon. "oh god.. oh god.. oh god.." he muttered in a panic as he tries his very best to stop his eyes from swelling.

he felt a hand on his shoulder and practically shoved the person into a hug, "..that's my brother.. that's my fucking brother..solar.." he felt the other's grip stiffen but didn't question it as he continues his panicked babbling. "gempa..what about gempa.. a-at home.. he's gonna be so sad..." halilintar hugged solar tighter, his only best mate, his only solar.

"shh..."

solar soothing voice made him somewhat calmer, "we will tell him together okay?" the boy in white persuaded, earning a whimper of agreement. carefully, he lead the grieving boy away from the crowd, his hand still shaking from the knowledge he just earned.
