Chapter 7

Zeyer's Point Of View.

"So that's the matter. I know you might be upset with this, but I didn't have any choice either. Even Arya doesn't want to marry me and nor do I", I said looking at Pema.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier? Didn't I ask you to tell your parents about us? But you always pushed back saying next time", she looked away.

"So...what are we gonna do now?", She asked after few minutes of silence.

"Arya and I have a plan", I said and elaborated the plan.

"Do you think it will work?", She asked.

"Probably", I said.

"Is that all you have to say? Are you sure you are not hiding anything from me?", She asked looking at me with concerned eyes.

"Hmm", I said and hugged her. But deep within I felt bad for lying to her. I didn't tell her about the one night incident with Arya.

"I missed you", Pema said.

"I missed you too", I caressed her hair.

Arya's Point Of View.

"Arya...are you sure you are going to do that?", Rigden asked. We were discussing at the rooftop of the hospital.

"Yeah...do you have any solution then?", I asked while I frowned and leaned on the the railings.

"You are crazy. You are literally thinking of causing chaos", he laughed slightly.

I looked at him for a while.

"Why are you staring? Is there something on my handsome face?", Rigden asked.

"Not yet, but soon you'll get scars on your face", I shouted and hit his head. I gave him a neck lock and choked him.

"It's all because of you and that wedding night you asshole. I feel like killing you. It's all because of you and you are laughing at my situation, huh?", I pulled his hair.

"Ahh...aww..calm down you lady Kong", he said.

"Kong? You call me lady Kong and he calls me baby hulk...do you think I'm a movie character here?", I choked him more.

"Hey...I give up. Sorry sorry", he tapped my hands  3 times which were brutally locked around his neck.

"Huh.... why is my life so messed up?", I messed up my hair in frustration.

"Calm down, will you? I'll help you sort out", Rigden tapped my shoulder in assurance.

"But how is it my fault here? What happened in my wedding?", he asked.

"Well... thinking about this, it's not your fault. I would have met him anyway. It's just that we encountered in a very unexpected way", I sighed.

"You love him, don't you?", He asked with a slight smile.

"What? No way", I said.

"Are you sure. Seeing you, it doesn't seem that way. But anyway, things that needs to happen, will surely happen. And this time, I will trust my instincts", he smiled.

"And what's your instinct?", I asked in a sarcastic way.

"That you've already found that someone", he smirked.

"Shut up. I'm not in a mood to listen to your philosophy ", I said.

"Anyway...I gotta go. Bye... I'll pick you up on the exact time and location you told me", he said and left alongside Tshogay who was waiting for him.

At the wedding day.

"Hey, I told my mom that I'll be going to the house first, and you'll come directly to the court for marriage registration. I told them that you have some emergency patient to attend. I'll pretend to wait in the court, and I'll some make excuses and run away. And you have to carry on your part", I said over the hospital roof top.

"Hmm...are you sure you'll be fine?", he asked.

"Yeah... Why would I not be? Running away is better than marrying you", I said.

"Yeah right", he slightly chuckled.

"Here, take this", he said and handed me the same chain which were tangled in my hair before.

"Isn't this yours? Why are you giving me that?", I asked.

"It's for good luck. I wish you the good luck in your life from now on", he said.

I took the chain and looked at them with smile.

"Hmm...thank you. I wish you a happy life too. And congratulations on your wedding in advance", I said and he nodded.

"I'll leave then. Take care of yourself and don't get caught. But you'll be fine I think, afterall you are the Baby Hulk", he said and I just nodded with a slight frown.

Seeing him walk away, I remembered what Rigden said yesterday. Yesterday when Rigden walked away, I watched him from behind and saw him walking with Tshogay. But that time, I didn't feel anything for the first time. Usually, I would always feel pain in my heart when I see Rigden with Tshogay when I'm actually left behind. But yesterday it was different. I didn't feel anything.

"Why didn't I feel anything?", I asked myself again and again.

But now, seeing Zeyer walk away when I'm watching him from behind, it's kinda painful. Now I know what Rigden meant. The first time I met Zeyer, he told me that 'the only way to forget your first love, is to love someone who loves you'. But I ended up loving someone whose heart can never belong to me.

Huh...am I again heartbroken?
