Chapter 2

Arya's Point Of View.

Urgh....why am I still thinking about that night? It's already been two days and yet, it is disturbing me. Why did it even happen? I shouldn't have drank that much alcohol. It's all because of that so called heartbreak.

"Aaaaaaaaa", I shouted loudly outside the window in hospital. People outside the hospital were startled and looked at me. I pulled my hair and made it messy out of frustration.

"Madam, are you okay? You are acting weird these days", one of the nurse said.

"My life is all messed up these days. Arghhh", I stomped my feet on the ground.

"I think you should read today's horoscope. Maybe you might prepare yourself according to it", the nurse said.

I opened my phone and looked at the horoscope with the frown face filled of tiredness.

"Something big, something surprising will happen today. You cannot run away from that storm. No matter where you go, the storm will find it's way to you. There is no solution for that. Be prepared ", the horoscope read.

"Huh...what the hell?", I left the page immediately.

"Madam...I think the new Orthopedic surgeon is here now. Our head is asking us to come and gather for his welcome", the nurse said and we went to the general conference hall.

I along with other medical staffs, sat on the chairs and waited for his speech.

"Thank you for gathering here. Now I would like to welcome our new colleague who has recently mastered in orthopedic field", the hospital CEO said.

I suddenly had a call from my mother, so I bent down and answered the phone and talked in a small voice.

"Come home early today. We have something to discuss", she said.

"Mom I'm busy right now. I'll come on usual time", I whispered.

"Okay...you are always busy...now that you have become a doctor, you don't even have time for me....", And blah blah blah... She continued.

But suddenly I heard something that made me numb and surprised.

"Hello ladies and Gentlemen. I would like to thank you all for this warm welcome. I am Zeyer Kuendrup and I look forward to work with you all", the person in the podium said.

My mom was saying many things over the phone, but my ears got numb after hearing that name. My eyes widened and my mouth slightly opened on hearing the name.

"No...it cannot be him...noo", I said as I slowly raised my face to see that person Infront of us.

"Damn... the disaster is right Infront of me? Do hell with this life😫😬🥶", I said in my mind.

I wanted to go out badly, but I cannot even go. My senior head will give me a negative rating.

After his speech, The CEO was introducing all  the doctors to him one by one. I remained there frozen, not knowing how to avoid him.

"And this is Mrs...um...can you turn here", the CEO said.

I turned my body half so that he doesn't recognize me and offered my hands to shake with him.

"Is something wrong Mrs. Ar...", Before the CEO spoke my name I interrupted him.

"Yes sir.... I'm fine. I got Red Eyes today and I forgot to bring my sunglasses here. So I'm afraid others might be infected, haha", I lied.

"I'll be back", the CEO said as he got a call from someone and went little far to take the call.

The person Infront of me wasn't responding to my hands offered for the handshake. So I grabbed his hands and shook lightly without turning my body in full.
