Helluva Boss (OC Insert)

HELLUVA SPECIAL #6

(A/n: This is the aftermath from ep 6. Hope you enjoy it.)

The scene opens up to Cassi standing outside smoking on a balcony at Stolas' room. She was taking a breather from what happened today with the whole hostage/massacre thing. Cassi couldn't help but reflect everything that happened when she was drugged with crazy messed up hallucinations. It kept repeating the words 'you're gonna die alone', it made her tense about that subject. She didn't hear Stolas coming her way as he is carrying a tray full of snacks and tea.

Stolas: "Isn't it a bit late to be smoking right now darling?"

Cassi: "*chuckles* When is not?"

Cassi puts out her cigarette before walking over to Stolas and then sat down on the couch next to him.

Stolas: "How have you been feeling darling? I mean ever since I rescued you and your friends from trouble."

Cassi: "Oh, yeah, we used to mostly get into shit like this but I always have a plan to get everyone out."

Stolas: "But this time, I saved you from trouble."

Cassi: "Yeah, you sure did, so thank you."

Stolas: "It's not a problem Cassi darling, you need to save your strength the next time you are doing your job while being careful."

Cassi: "Whatever you say Stolas."

They say in silence for a moment before Stolas asks,

Stolas: "So, I couldn't help but wonder what happened in the human world before I saved you?"

Cassi: "Oh, I guess a lot happened. We killed a bunch of assholes in tacky suits."

Stolas: "*chuckles* That's amusing when you say that, but I meant before all of that. When I rescued you, you had red eyes like you were crying."

Cassi: "Did I?"

Stolas: "Did something happen that caused you to cry?"

Cassi: "...... I just had bad nightmares from those fucking drugs and hallucinations from the asshole agents. It just made me see things that weren't completely real and made me say things that are not true. It's just something I want to forget tonight."

Stolas looked over at Cassi with a solemn expression on his face as she said that. He couldn't help but feel like that she wasn't telling the entire truth in that statement. He shakes his head and stands up as Cassi asks,

Cassi: "What are you doing-"

She was cut off when Stolas suddenly carried her bridal style. Cassi blushed a bit as Stolas carries her to his bed and lays her down as Cassi asks again,

Cassi: "Stolas, what are-"

Stolas: "*hushes her softly* Rest my dear, you had a long day, you need to sleep."

He pets her head and coos softly as Cassi was starting to get tired. She yawns as she says,

Cassi: "*yawn* I'm not... that... tired..."

She dozed off asleep as Stolas smiles softly at her. He may not know what happened today, but he'll let it slide for now until she's ready to tell him the real truth. He walks around the bed as he changes his clothes to his pj's and climbs into his bed. He holds Cassi close to his chest softly as he says,

Stolas: "We'll talk more tomorrow but now, I want you to have a good nights rest, Cassi darling."
