The scene opens to an apartment in the Greed Ring as it rains outside. Annabelle is seen on a couch with her phone as she scrolls through Sinstagram. She hears knocking at her front door and Annabelle gets up to answer it.
Annabelle: "*looks through the peephole* Who is it?"
Chaz: "*smiles nervously* Hey babe-"
Annabelle: "Nope, not today."
She was about to walk away before she heard his voice behind the door.
Chaz: "Wait, please! I seriously need to talk to you!"
Annabelle: "Why should we? In case you don't know, you nearly got yourself fucked by our boss and tried to marry Moxxie!"
Chaz: "Ok, but for the record, I didn't agree to the marriage one."
Anna huffs and leans against the door as Chaz continues.
Chaz: "Look, I'm really sorry, about not telling you everything and for trying to bang you that night. I haven't been serious about being in permanent relationships back then, so yes I felt bad about leaving Moxxie behind. And when I meet you, my heart felt something that I didn't know."
Anna paused before her expression changed a bit and pressed her ear against the door.
Chaz: "To be honest with ya I... I've never been in love before, I couldn't even imagine that I would be. If you don't want to forgive me, that's cool I guess, I just wanted to let you know that I was trying to change. Even if I was an asshole for hurting you..."
The area was filled with silence for a moment before Chaz sighs and was about to leave when Anna spoke up.
Anna: "Look, Chaz... I know that you apologized and that you admitted that you were in the wrong. But it doesn't mean that I just suddenly burst open the door and jump in your arms that fast. But... I'm willing to give you a second chance if you're really trying to change and be a better man."
Chaz: "*smiles* Really...?"
Anna: "Yeah, so do t get too crazy about it."
Chaz silently fist bumps the air as he cheers to himself quietly.
Anna: "So we'll take things slow for now and fix the mistakes you've made in the past."
Chaz: "Great! See ya Friday then?"
Anna: "Sure, why not?"
The camera cuts to Anna as she hears Chaz whooping in the hallway before she walks back to the living room. She looks out the window and sees Chaz doing a victory dance to his car before he quickly drives off. Anna hears her phone ding and sees that Cassi was texting her.
Cassi: "*text* You doing ok?"
Anna smiled before she texted back and heads to the kitchen, leaving her phone on the coffee table.
Anna: "*text* I'm doing good, and I think it's going to be good! 😊"
The scene then cuts to black.
