"We can meet you in the teashop later, Bella and I have already been looking at some dresses in one shop particular, so we'd like to rush off there." Narcissa informed them. With that, Bellatrix and Narcissa rushed off to the dress shop they were quite fond of.
The remaining four set off down the street. There was a seamstress Walburga recommended, and the boy's preferred tailor happened to work in the same shop.
As they were walking, Andromeda spoke quietly to Odessa, "I've some news to reveal when the boys are gone, but nobody else can know."
Odessa looked worriedly over to her friend, but nodded her head in acknowledgment all the while.
The four made their way into Madam Malkin's Robes for all Occasions. A little bell rang above the door as they made their way in. "Sirius! Regulus! Two of my favourite customers. What brings you around here today?" A well-dressed young man greeted the boys.
"Nothing special, Rowley. Just the annual Yule Gala." Regulus brushed off.
"Still couldn't get out of it, huh?"
"Didn't try as hard to this year, to be fair." Sirius admitted with a smirk towards the man.
"Ah, so maybe next year you'll finally do it? Or will I get the honour of seeing yeh again this time next year?" Rowley bantered.
"Well that depends. If the dove comes again next year I will be more than happy to come back." Sirius decided, speaking mostly to himself.
The man looked over to Regulus for clarification. "Right, yeah. I suppose it might be helpful to introduce you." Regulus realised. "You already know my cousin, I presume?" He asked.
"But of course, my mother has always adored miss Andromeda." As he looked to her side, he properly took notice of the other girl. He stood carefully. He spoke quietly to Regulus, but did not take his eyes off the blonde looking at fabrics with Andromeda. "Is... Is that the child from Azkaban?" He questioned carefully.
"Hm?" Regulus acknowledged. He laughed upon realising the older boy was fearful of the girl, most certainly due to her notoriety. "Yeah, Odie's got quite a past doesn't she."
"The tabloids say she got locked away for casting a curse- possibly an unforgivable one, when she was only a child. I mean, what kind of child has those capabilities?" Rowley worriedly gossiped.
Regulus smirked, amused by the man's fear. "Well, I suppose that may be due to Merlin's blood running through her. But nevertheless, don't believe all that you read." He chastised. "Odie's as gentle as a niffler."
"Yeah? She's got the criminal record of one too." Rowley remarked. "Isn't she still meant to be locked up in that prison?"
"Yeah... I don't think her sentence is up actually." Regulus pretended to ponder.
"Oi, quit worrying about the girl and just come meet her yourself. You've faced our mother, you'll be fine against anyone." Sirius budded in, leading the man over to the two girls. "Dove, we've got a friend we'd like you to meet." He called for the attention of the young girl.
"Odie, this is Rowley Malkin, best tailor in all of Diagon Alley. Rowle, this is Odessa Ambrosius." Regulus introduced.
"Merlin's heir. Child from Azkaban. Merlin's blessing- with a curse." Sirius began to list off names the tabloids have given her.
"Sirius..." she spoke, uncomfortable with the names that followed her around.
Rowley cleared his throat. "Greetings, miss Ambrosius. It is a great honour to have you in our establishment." He bowed his head.
