Siya was shocked when the door opened by Asha maa. She stood there not understanding anything when Asha when hugged her and took her inside.
"Maa.. what are you doing here? And.. that-" Siya asked and looking around searching for the source of the cry which was tearing her heart.
Asha smiled wiping her tears and took her upstairs saying. "I will tell you everything... now dont you want to see your child?"
Siya burst out crying hearing her. She hurriedly went to the room which she pointed opening the door her eager eyes directly fell on the cozy bed where the tiny life was placed wrapped in a warm blanket and surrounded by lots of pillows.
She couldnt see his face but his tiny hands were visible. Her breath hitched seeing her son infront of her. Her frozen legs automatically moved towards him. Siya sat on the floor in front of the bed and her hand touched the baby blanket asiding it.
She couldnt handle herself anymore and took him in her arms carefully, scared of hurting him.
Her hands shivering when it came contact with the baby's soft skin. His cries slowly silenced when siya held him against her chest securely. She smiled looking at his beautiful crying face and felt peaceful.
Finally her son is with her, safe and sound.
"Maa... he..he is so cute.'' Siya said to Asha who came inside the room.
Siya rocked him who was looking at her with amusement and crying lightly.
She forgot everything holding him in her arms. Showering kisses on his face she giggled when he made a frowning face.
Asha smiled with satisfaction seeing siya relaxed and happy. Helping her to get up showed how to feed the baby and sat beside her. As soon as baby latched on he stopped crying and started drinking milk as he was hungry.
Siya caressed his soft soft cheeks and admired him. He looked like a carbon copy of arjun... same as she had seen in the photo of arjun when he was baby.
Her heart shook when she remembered his words which he uttered. How can he say that? She thought and fear embraced her thinking what would have happened if his words were true.
Her heart shivers by thinking of it only. Her thoughts broke when she heard door opening sound. She looked up to see Arjun entering inside and turned her head not wanting to face him now. She didnt realise till now that asha had left while she was lost in her thoughts.
