"Why would you go out with a guy you don't even like." Kevin crosses his hands and looks at me, awaiting my reply.
"You don't want to know."

"What does that even mean?!" His voice was strained and I could tell he was frustrated.
"Why does it matter to you who I go out with? Last time I checked you didn't care if I was engaged or not." I cross my arms as I stand up.
"Couldn't you see how hard it was for me not to punch that guy at the club? Or how hard it is to have to see you with your fiancé?" He finally declares.
I shake my head. Yes! Please confess your undying love for me now! I snap out of my thoughts. I can't take myself seriously sometimes. "But why? Why. I'm asking why is it so hard."
Kevin's jaw clenched and it took him a while to talk again. "I'm jealous." He pokes the inside of his cheek with his tongue, "I know you said it couldn't happen again but I can't help the way I feel about you." His voice was more firm when he looked into my eyes.
I act instead of think, so I walk forward and kiss him. We part quickly but he instantly grabs onto my waist and pulls me to him. Our second kiss is deeper and more passionate. My hands instinctively wrap around his neck.
"Kevin-" I mumble in between kisses.
"Hm?" He hums in response.
"Please, don't stop this time."
"I'm not sure about-" I cut him off when we landed on the bed. Me on top of him.
"You were jealous?" I say quickly as I switch from his lips to his neck. I needed this so badly.
"Y/n, I'm being s-serious-" He stutters when I rock my hips against his. "I can't stand another moment without you-" I feel him shudder beneath me and I pick up the pace with my hips. Kevin's hips bucked into mine and he gave up on talking.
I feel Kevin grab onto my hair with a bit of force and redirect me to his lips.
Kevin's hands were starting to drag down from my waist to my grope my ass. Then he stops at the sudden loud knock, and we both jump.
"Kevin! Kevin are you in there!?" It's Jess. "Y/n is not in her bed and I can't find her anywhere!" We hear the door knob start to shake.
Me and Kevin look at each other wide-eyed and panic starts to set in. I scramble to get off him and he gestures to the closest. "Fuck." I hush and close the door in the closet.
I hear the doorknob twist open.
"Kevin? You in here?" Jess opens the door wider.
     "Yeah-" his voice husky.
     "Sorry about just walking in"
     "It's fine." He says quickly.
"Uh- yeah, I can't find Y/n." She explains. "So you have any idea where she might be?"
"No, I don't know where she could be"
Damn, he's a bad actor. I can hear the shake in his voice.
"Oh. Well if you see her please let me know and scold her." Jess opens the door to walk out. Kevin sighs in relief but then Jess speaks up, "By the way, are you okay? You look shaken up."
Kevin coughs lightly. "Yeah, I'm okay. Don't worry about it I'll keep an eye out"
His footsteps make their way toward the door and quickly closes it after Jess walks out.
The coast is clear, so I walk out of the closet. I let out a sigh of relief. I can hear my heart beating quickly in my chest.
"That was close," I speak up. Kevin turns to me and nods.
"Yeah- I can't imagine what would happen if she didn't knock first." He rubs the back of his neck.
I gulp. "That would be pretty fucking bad," I let out a small laugh.
Kevin shakes his head. "Shit," he mutters under his breath.
I remember Jess is still looking for me. Unless I want her to make a scene and let the whole team know I'm "missing" I need to go back. "I think it would be a good idea for me to go back to bed..." I look down.
Kevin nods and fidgets with his fingers. "Yeah, we could talk more tomorrow."
Talk more? There was close to no talking.
I agree anyway and grab my bag from his bed. Just as I reach for it I feel a hand on my shoulder. "I'll see you for breakfast tomorrow morning?" His voice rings in my ear.
I turn my head in his direction, putting our lips only an inch away from each other. Just as he leans in too, I pull my head back and smirk. He looks at me confused and with a rare pout.  "Yeah," I smile.
"Okay, get some rest." He walks me over to the door. "Goodnight."
"Goodnight," I reply and walk across the hall to my room.
I close the door behind me. Jess hasn't come back. I throw my stuff on the bed and get ready for a shower. I walk into the bathroom and turn the water on. That's when I hear Jess walk in.
"Y/n! Is that you in the shower!?" She knocks on the bathroom door. Damn, didn't know I mattered.
"Yeah!" I reply and step inside the warm water.
Jess kept talking through the walls but I only hummed in response a couple of times. The water was loud enough to drown out her voice most of the time anyway.
When I finally get out of the shower Jess is asleep in her bed again.
I climb into my bed and turn my phone on for the first time since we got off the plane. I have a million missed texts from Alejandro, per usual. I just ignore them and put my phone away again. I've been having a decent win without him.
