Issac leaned back in his chair, blocking out whatever his professor had been going on about, and looked out the window
He sighed, head empty. No thoughts ran through his mind, just pure silence.
He watched some owls come and go from the distance before his eyes darted to the ground. Staring blankly at the flower beds that seemed to be blooming surprisingly well for this time of year, his eyes softened
They seemed to be doing better nowadays
and he was thankful
For he knew who had worked so hard to give them life once again

Issac's world had always been quiet
No, rather, it has he who was quiet inside of a world with too much noise.
The boy was observant. He was much smarter than he led on, and it was a dominant trait ever since he was young
A prodigy of some sort, many would say. Born as the pureblood son of a respected businessman in the ministry of magic and a woman as beautiful as she was renowned as a famous fashion designer in France. Both of them graduated top of their class, and went on to become two of the most well known names in the world of magic
Naturally, when the two had announced their marriage, only the highest of standards were set when it was told that they were having a child as well
And Issac certainly did not disappoint.
On top of being born as the sole heir of the DeVille's, not once had Issac's academics or athletics disappointed, taking home every medal as if second place was not a word written in his dictionary
Not only was he purely a genius, but if his wits, athletics, looks, and even his style had to be put on a scale of 1-10, he would no doubt be an 11, no matter who chose to rank him
The boy was someone that many would envy, and even more would admire. That was the role he was born into, a fate that had chosen him
But, not even the greatest of people were perfect
The prodigy's only flaw, if you could really call it that, was his detachment from the world around him. He didn't enjoy being with people, nor did he like going to public events, anything that involved the acknowledgement of others would make him cringe, because why did he need to be with people who disappoint him when he could be by himself and never feel that way?
That was why since the boy was a child, he chose to cut the line between himself and the rest of the world, and he planned to stay that way for the rest of his monotone life
Simply because people put too much effort
However, things changed for the boy when his mother brought a visitor to his house

The six year old boy sighed as he peered out his window, watching a black limousine pull up by the front entrance of his courtyard. When has his mother ever not had visitors? Aside from the times she went away on business trips and vacations, there was always a stranger in his house
