Y/n P.O.V.
I woke up and noticed it was late at night. I got up and grabbed my crutches. I entered the living room and saw that no one was home.
"I thought Blitzo said Loona was going to stay and help me?" I questioned aloud.
I went to call Loona but couldn't find my phone. I opened a portal.
"Please take me to Loona," I pleaded.
I stepped through and I was at a restaurant called Ozzie's. I was confused about why Loona would be here. I went to the front door and was stopped by the bouncer.
"Can't let you in... sorry I didn't recognize you for a second you're good," he said.
That was weird. I entered the main dining area and saw Loona at a table... with someone else.
I felt my heart shatter into pieces.
I made a portal back to the apartment, made a note for Loona, and left with my belongings.
I had no idea where to go so I made a portal to the Gluttony Ring. I still didn't know where I was going to go but I did go to one of the mountain tops to try and find some place to think. I was sitting on a bench looking at the sky when I heard a familiar voice.
"The skies are the best here, don't you agree?" The voice said.
"Striker!" I gritted my teeth.
"Now, now, don't lose your temper," Striker said in a cocky tone.

Loona's P.O.V.
Me and Y/n were just now getting back to the apartment after dinner. I unlocked the door and walked in. I noticed a note on the counter with my name on it.
Dear Loona,
I'm sorry I wasn't able to make you happy anymore. I hope he can.
Goodbye, Y/N

"What in Hell is this about?" I asked under my breath.
"What do you have there?" Y/n asked.
He grabbed the letter from me. He read it and his smile left his face.
"You are not my Y/n!" I yelled.
He tried to attack me but luckily Dad came into the room and shot him.
"Are you okay, Loony?" Dad asked.
"Yes thank you," I said. "I think Y/n is in trouble."

Y/n P.O.V.
Striker was now sitting next to me holding a magic mirror showing me Loona being held against her will.
"All I have to do is give the word and she is as good as dead," Striker explained. "And my associates are instructed to kill her if I don't check in."
"I see so you not only signed your own death warrant but your associates as well," I said. "Because you see I'm someone that you really should not fuck with."
I grabbed him with the shadows.
"You have pushed me beyond my limit and now it's a painful, ruthless, and fear-filled death for you," I continued.
I grabbed the knife from his pocket.
"You know this hurt a lot," I said. "Here is how it feels."
I slashed his leg like he did mine then stabbed his shoulder for Stolas. He screamed.
"How does it feel?" I asked sadistically.

Loona's P.O.V.
"Where could he have gone?" I asked worried.
"I don't know, Loony," Dad said putting a hand on my shoulder. "But I know that we will find him."
That's when I remembered that Y/n's old bandages were still in the garage. I ran to the bathroom and grabbed them. I took a long sniff and picked up his scent.
"I smell booze and gluttonous amounts of food," I said. "He's in the Gluttony Ring!"
Dad and I got in the van and drove to the Gluttony Ring. I could tell Dad was worried too since he was driving more recklessly than normal.

Y/n's P.O.V.
I was about to drive the knife through his chest when I saw him smiling like I was about to lose. I looked over my shoulder and saw an Imp approaching me. I tried to move but I put weight into my bad leg and collapsed on the ground. In the process, my shadows disappeared releasing Striker.
"You know, you are a pain in my ass," Striker said kicking me in the stomach.
I tried to get up but the pain in my leg was unbearable and when I pushed through it Striker would kick me back down. I was getting extremely pissed.

Loona's P.O.V.
We arrived at the hillside overlooking the Gluttony Ring. We parked the van as close as possible to the overlook but had to walk the rest of the way. When we got to the top we saw Striker standing over Y/n. I began to run at him but saw Y/n being engulfed in shadows.
"I think it's time for you to die," Y/n said in a dark and dangerous voice.
We were all shocked not only by his statement but the fact that he was standing without his crutches.
Y/n lunged at Striker with immense speed that no one saw him move. He punched Striker into the ground and kicked the other Imp into the distance.
After the dust settled he was breathing heavily and then collapsed. I ran over and kept his head from hitting the ground.
"Dad, check if that son of a bitch is dead!" I yelled holding Y/n.
Dad ran over to Striker and checked.
"Yep, he's dead," Dad said.
I picked Y/n and the Divine dagger up, carried him to the van, and proceeded to head back home. When we got to the apartment I carried Y/n back to my room and made sure he was comfortable.
"Is he okay?" Dad asked.
"I'm not sure everything seems normal," I answered.
"Well, just keep an eye on him and if anything changes we will bring him to the hospital," Dad said.

I slowly opened my eyes and sat up. I raised my hand to my head as I had a splitting headache. Doing my best not to agitate my headache I slowly looked around and noticed I was in Loona's room. I slowly shifted to the edge of the bed and tried to stand but winced at the pain in my leg. I searched for my crutches but couldn't find them. I lifted myself with the bedside table and worked my way to the door from there. I opened the door and leaned on the doorway. I noticed Blitzo on the couch and Loona in the armchair, both fast asleep. I looked to the right and saw my crutches. I grabbed them and turned around to get some clean clothes from my bag in Loona's room. After grabbing some clothes I went to the bathroom to take a shower.

Time skip still Y/n P.O.V.
I remembered to be careful of my leg this time. Once I was dressed, I headed back to Loona's room. When I entered the living room I noticed Loona was not in the armchair. I entered her bedroom. She was changing.
"Sorry!" I exclaimed diverting my gaze a blush present on my face.
"It's ok," she said. "I'm almost done."
She finished getting dressed.
"Ok," she said.
She walked over to me and hugged me.
"I'm sorry," she said on the verge of tears.
"For what? You did nothing wrong," I said.
"I had a sneaking suspicion that something was not right but didn't listen to it," she said.
"It's alright," I comforted her. "I knew that you would never have done that to me when Striker showed up..."
I then thought about Striker.
"Speaking of which where is Striker?" I asked.
"You pummeled him into the dirt," Loona explained. "You were actually very frightening when you did that."
I gave her a confused look. She explained everything to me.
"Why didn't I think of that before?" I asked face-palming.
I summoned the shadows and wrapped them around my leg. I then put my body weight on it and sure as shit it didn't hurt.
"I believe that I can go back to work now," I said.
"That's great!" Loona exclaimed.
