Jennifer's POV
My mother and his step mother smile at us. Our fathers stand in silence for a few minutes.
"Well emm I guess that is fine" They both add. "Take a seat guys, tea is ready" my mother tells everyone.
Harry pulls out a chair for me. "Awww thanks Harry " I say before kissing him.
Our fathers look around the room as if to say i never saw that which makes me and Harry laugh.
I sit down and Harry pushes my chair in before sitting down next to me. "Dig in guys" my mother says.
We all begin to eat and listen to the music from the TV at the same time.
After tea Harry and his family get ready to leave. "Thanks for having us" His dad says.
"No problem" my father replies. "Good night" Harry says to me before smiling.
"Good night, and good luck with tomorrow" I reply. "Thanks" He says back before walking towards me and kissing me on the lips. I kiss him back.
Both our fathers look around in awkwardness. "Ermmm....I'm gonna go start up the car" His father says. "Yer...I'm gonna go wash up" mine says.
Harry and I look at each other and laugh. We all say goodbye before the Connick family go outside and get into their car before driving off. "So Harry is the lucky guy then?" my father says before winking at me.
"Shut up" I say before running up to my room. I get ready for bed then curl up and go to sleep.
The next morning I wake up and it is almost 12. "Jees I slept in" I say laughing.
I go downstairs and notice that my father has already left to go to work.
"I'm going out for the day with my new friends" my mother tells me.
"Ok" I reply. "I'll be back soon" She adds before leaving and closing the door behind her.
I sit down and watch TV and about an hour later I hear a loud knock at the door. I open the door. "I DID IT I DID IT!" Harry screams whilst smothering me in a hug.
"I got the record deal and they are going to record my songs" He adds. "OMG that is great news babe" I tell him.
"I know it's great, I couldn't have done it without you, you told me to do this, thank you so much" He says. "No problem Harry" I say whilst hugging him tight.
"So you will become famous then" I say to him. "Yup, and you will be with me every step of the way" He says before kissing me gently. I smile at him and he smiles back.
"Have you told your parents?" I ask him. "No, but why does it matter this is what i want to do more than anything in the world" He replies.
"You will support me, won't you?" He asks "Of course i will" I say whilst hugging him tight.
Over the next few hours Harry and I relocate up to my room to hug and chat and just spend time together. It's starting to get late now so I snuggle up in Harry's arms and we both accidently fall asleep on my bed. Later on that night my parents come back and Harry kisses me goodnight before leaving.
I go back upstairs and go to sleep.
