Every Winter: Free Fall

Moonless night, tears freely fall,

Stars above, seem distant all.

Diamond drops, without a scheme,

Fading light, a broken dream.

Ashes rise, stories unfold,

But it remains, in heart and soul.

So raise the drink, for what we dreamed,

Lessons learned, for everything told.
