Chapter 82

"...Erm...Eomma?"

Taeyeon looked at the door of the kitchen, as her youngest daughter entered inside of it, holding a magazine in her hands, frowning as she apparently stared at the cover. Her mother, who was chopping some meat, stopped her actions and paused the knife on the counter, quickly washing her hands before approaching her daughter, worried about her.

"...What's wrong?"

Ning looked up at her mother, before she turned the magazine around,

"What is Minjeong unnie doing on the cover of the magazine?"

Taeyeon grabbed the magazine from her daughter's hands, staring at the cover. There were some pictures of her daughter in there, while she drove Jimin's car out of the parking lot of Yu Banks' headquarters. The photos weren't the best quality, but her face was clearly visible. The biggest picture, it was her looking at the side, as it was a picture taken from the front of the car while staring seriously to the side, her hair caught up in a small bun on the top of her head so that it wouldn't bother her as she drove, her black hair cupping her face. "...Is it even legal to take pictures of people when they're driving, eomma?"

Taeyeon was still shocked. She knew such a thing would eventually happen, but she didn't expect it to happen so quickly. She blinked and flipped through the pages of the magazine, only to see more pictures of her daughter driving that car, as Jimin sat by her side, looking to the front or either to the back of the car, probably checking on their daughter.

The only things we are sure of her? Her name is Kim Minjeong, she's been Yu Jimin's sweetheart since 2020 and they have two children together, a boy born March 2021 and a girl born May this year. But, despite her relationship with the new Yu Group's chairwoman, not a single picture of her had ever been revealed to the public, since both avoided going together to public places (a smart move, we have to admit). However, as Yu Jimin rose as the new chairwoman of the Yu Group yesterday, Kim Minjeong apparently decided to go and pick her up at the Yu Banks' headquarters after her chaotic schedule was over. Definitely a sweet move!

"...Does Minjeong know of this?"

Ning sighed at her mother's question.

"...It's everywhere, eomma. I heard some girls saying how handsome she was at the kiosk where I bought this-"

"-Eomma!"

Ning turned around as her younger brother stormed inside of the kitchen, staring both at his older sister and mother confusedly.

"Chaeryeong just called me, she says Minjeong noona's photos are all over the internet?"

"Oh boy," Ning said, sighing, and looked again at her mother, "Told you it's everywhere."

"...What in the hell...?!"

Wooyoung looked over at his girlfriend, as she looked up at the television of the small restaurant they were eating at shockingly; completely giving up on eating her noodles; which he found weird since it was her favorite dish.

"...Is it Jimin?"

Giselle blinked quickly, shaking her head.

"...It's Minjeong-"

"-What?"

Wooyoung turned around, seeing the great number of journalists photographing a white-colored Hyundai Genesis as it came out of the parking lot of the Bank's headquarters, the driver being Minjeong and Jimin sitting by her side. But then, pictures of Minjeong appeared on the screen.
