Charlie had invited Y/n to her meeting with Adam for moral support as Vaggie stayed back at the hotel to remake the commercial.

Y/n and Adam knew eachother very well they had seen eachother often. It was a weird relationship they had with eachother, every extermination they seen eachother but Adam had never tried to kill her. They would stare at eachother before snapping out of it and continuing what they were doing.

Y/n was a bit worried about the meeting but didn't have a good excuse not to go so ended going.

Once they had arrived they needed to sign a scroll before going in to speak with Adam.

Y/n sat quietly but the look of shock on Adams face when she walked almost made her laugh.

Charlie tried to convince him and they sung. Soon the room was quiet and Charlie left. Y/n followed behind but before she left she glanced back at Adam who was staring right back at her. She gave a small smile towards him before she left.

Adam couldn't explain the feeling he had so he scoffed and the hologram vanished.

Charlie and Y/n made the walk back to the hotel.

After many attempts to convince heaven to redeem souls the extermination came around. Y/n was unlucky enough to be caught outside when the angels came down.

It wasn't long before her and Adam spotted eachother, she smiled and waved at him before going into an abandoned building to try wait out the extermination.

After a few minutes she heard someone cluttering about coming towards her, she panicked a bit as she thought how she was definitely about to be killed but a small wave of relief crossed her as she seen Adam walking towards her.

"Hey"

She gave the man a nod awkwardly, until now they had just stared at eachother.

He didn't respond for a moment thinking about what to say.

"Are you really a demon?"

Y/n chuckled slightly as she raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah? Are you really an Angel"

She wasn't actually asking more like trying to jokingly mock the other.

"Obviously.."

It was a bit awkward for a moment before Y/n broke the silence.

"So why'd you follow me in here?"

"I don't know"

He was uncharacteristically quiet and almost polite as he spoke.

"Hm"

She hummed in response.

"Do you actually believe a soul can be redeemed?"

Adam asked with a clear frown on his face.

"Yeah I do, I mean if you try hard enough" Y/n replied a small smile on her face.

"Well if you succeed and you end up in heaven come see me"

"Huh?"

"If you get your redemption. Then you'll be an angel and we could talk without it needing to be so secret"

Y/n smiled slightly.

"I promise to get redeemed and come see you"

After a while it was time for the angels to go back up to heaven and Y/n and Adam had to separate.

Adam gave Y/n a peck on the cheek awkwardly before flying away to join lute and the other angels.

Y/n went back to the hotel with a new passion and motivation to get redeemed.
