"Let the dead bury thier own dead" has been long misunderstood by the world and has left a lot of people confused and disheartened.
Let me first explain that Jesus's entire life and stories have meaning, reason to them and messages to give us. I'll reveal another aspect of this soon. When it says that jesus first turned and looked at the crowd surrounding him it means he was looking at all the people of the earth surrounding him with many troubles and problems, and who were looking to him to find God.
(Did you know that everyone onthe planet heard every one of Jesus's words and watched his entire life and all that he did? Indeed. Absolutely!) God was looking through jesus's eyes and Jesus through Gods eyes.
Jesus ordered (he commanded his disciples) to go to the other side of the lake (To get out of the deep waters of troubles and woes, and to seek and enter first The Kingdom of God.) A teacher of the law (a previously unfaithful man) came to him (Turned to God and to Jesus in new Faith and worship.) and said, "I AM READY," telling Jesus to tell him of Gods plan for him and his work to do, the will and work of God and jesus, "and I will go wherever you will go." and he would follow jesus in all his ways and learn to bless miracles and heal, watching Jesus, always staying with him and by his side at all times so that he too could be a Servant of God and of jesus, and where was jesus going but The Kingdom of Heaven of God? So this man was saying "Jesus remember me when you come into your kingdom" and was seeking Paradise too, just as jesus had taught and God had commanded us to first LOVE God and this is Gods most important command, and the teacher was doing exactly that by asking this of Jesus - showing his dedication and great love to his Lords.
Jesus had taught us to Go to God with our every Prayer and it was this teachers Prayer to follow Jesus and be his deciple.
Jesus said that foxes have holes and birds have nests - meaning that animlas of every kind have a home and place in heaven and a place they can go to to rest their heads, meaning that there was The Kingdom of God and no such thing as death, but that the son of man didn't have a place in Heaven or on earth or anywhere, infact, the son of man had a place everywhere doing the will and work for God everywhere and with everybody, in Heaven, on earth, in other entirely other places in the cosmos, he has work in hell, and why was this relivent? Because the followers of Jesus Christ were to become Angels of God in Heaven and would this teacher be willing to do anything and everything for God Allah The Almighty, even if it meant one was not bound to Heaven alone after they moved on from the earth? Would the man be prepared to do the work of an Angel, and have this amount of Faith and Trust in God? Could he do the will and work for God and jesus as an Angel does? It means this teacher must be ready and willing to do everything that God has commanded and does ever command , as the son of MAN (Note: Jesus is the son of GOD.) does. The son of Man is JOSEPH Gods Holy Archangel MICHAEL.
The teacher says YES with all his heart and just has one request that he goes back to bury his father, and jesus's heart goes out to him and he says not to, but to trust that GOD has already taken him to Heaven, and that his body is in heaven, and the dead burying the dead means that the family of their in Heaven have already come to pick him up and take him there so this man did not have to weep or mourn but be happy for his father, and simply "Follow Jesus" and he will find great joy and see his father again in the cloads, perhaps, when jesus is taken up to Heaven, and jesus is also saying here that the body being buried is NOT his fathers body as this body has gone with him to Heaven, and not to be concerned with the buirrail, he is saying to Trust, Hope and have Faith in GOD.
Next, you must understand that the words (Death, Dead,Die and Dying) did not exist in these days or before but the origional transelation was Judegement - these words came into Holy Bible transelations when the Latin langauge was written and transelated into other languages, so the man wanted to ensure that jesus would remember his father too and wanted jesus to go with him to send him on to Heaven for them, but Jesus was explaining that he had already been judged and was in The Kingdom of God.
Perhpas this teacher WAS one of the newest disciples of jesus Christ mentioned joining after Judas, but he most certainly was worthy of being a disciple of Jesus Christ and that he was and that was so.
