Updates
Happy New Year, everyone! We hope you had a happy and healthy holiday season! The new year always means a new chapter of the UA Storytellers. Through the year, our team has changed, our projects have shifted, but we are incredibly thankful to have such a strong and loving community behind us. We hope to do many awesome things in 2024!
Books in our community updated this month:
The Class That Cried Werewolf - B3r1itz
Art Showcase
The wonderful artists in our community never fail to impress. Whether it's canon characters, their own OCs, or fan art for others, they always put their all into their work, and it's nothing short of amazing!
The first piece we have is a screenshot redraw from ThePhroggPhather! He did an awesome job with editing this screenshot from MHA to look like his OC, Hirohito! Here's what he had to say about it:
"Hey guys, Phrogg here! This is an MHA screenshot edit of my oc Hirohito Tsutsumi. Edits like this have basically been my rock in terms of practicing lineart, shading, and rendering; it was fun to get back into! It's definitely an activity I would recommend to any beginner artist, especially if you also have an OC and want to see them brought to life in the universe. Hope y'all enjoy, because I certainly did :] "
The next picture is a portrait of Aizawa by numblittle_bug! He was challenged to paint this with only five colors, which his brother decided upon. The result is stunning!
And our final piece this month was a gift from QuaccSmaccSnacc to the participants of the gift exchange! At the beginning of the exchange, we were asked who our favorite OCs are, and Andi has put all of them together in a lovely group shot!
From left to right: Aoi (-butterfly--effect-),Suki (tocoloco004), Kita (sd1229), Akihiko (Juni_Penguin_), Koto (FoxyPuff), Tami (JunieWeathers), Dexter (aBitGrim), Tatsuya (B3r1itz), Eiko (Kyrpto), Akira (numblittle_bug), and Akari (QuaccSmaccSnacc)
