Now let the story begin.

Gray and Natsu have royally screwed up this time.

During one of their spats, the two accidentally crashed into the table Erza was sitting at while eating a beautiful strawberry cake, thus completely ruining the delicious baked good.

Taking notice of what they did, Natsu and Gray both go pale as they await Erza's oncoming fury.

Silence fills the room as Erza looks at the destroyed cake in utter despair before whipping her head around to look at the two responsible with the most terrifying glare known to man.

Erza : .....you two idiots.....have ruined the cake.....that [Y/N] made for our anniversary.......I SHOULD BEAT YOU BOTH SENSELESS FOR THIS!!!!

Both of them flinch in fear and now turn even paler knowing that Erza's boyfriend [Y/N] [L/N] made the cake to celebrate the one year anniversary of them being together, meaning they'll have to face his wrath too.

Natsu : I d-don't think we're gonna survive this Gray.

He tells the black haired male with a shaky voice.

Gray : Y-yeah, and even if we do, I'm sure [Y/N] will just finish us off.

Natsu : If this really is the end, I just want you to know that no matter how many times we butted heads, you're like a brother to me man.

Gray : Ditto man, it's been nice knowing ya.

The two embrace each other dramatically and close their eyes as Erza looms over them in boiling anger.

Before she could do anything though, her boyfriend [Y/N] arrives back from the bathroom and looks at the scene in front of him with shock.

[Y/N] : What the heck happened here?!

Erza : Because of these two dolts, the cake you spend so long baking is ruined!

Natsu : W-we're so sorry [Y/N]!

Gray : It was an accident!

[Y/N] : Let me guess, you two were instigating each other again weren't you?

He looks at them accusingly as Erza grabs their shoulders.

Erza : They were. Now it's time to make them pay!

Gray : Have mercy!

Natsu : P-please Erza!

She doesn't listen and karate chops their necks, knocking them both out.

Erza : Juvia, Lucy, get your boyfriends out of here before I lose my composure even more.

The red haired mage says with zero emotion in her voice to the two girls, who have been sitting nearby the entire time.

Lucy/Juvia : O-ok Erza!

After getting out of their seats and picking up their unconscious boyfriends, Lucy and Juvia quickly leave the room as Erza looks at [Y/N] with a sad expression.

Erza : I'm so sorry this happened [Y/N]. I know how much time and effort you put into making that cake.

[Y/N] : Why are you apologizing babe? It's not your fault.

Erza : I know, but I shouldn't have brought it here with how often Natsu and Gray get into stupid brawls.

[Y/N] : Don't go taking the blame for what they did Erza. They shouldn't be fighting like that in the first place.

Erza : Even so, what's done is done. The cake is beyond salvation. Such a shame, it looked absolutely delicious. Sorry our anniversary turned out like this [Y/N].

She says while looking down in sadness before being pulled into a warm hug by her boyfriend.

[Y/N] : What are you talking about babe? Our anniversary is far from ruined. What happened to the cake sucked, but that alone can't put a damper on this special day. In fact, nothing could ruin this day for me. Exactly one year ago, I got together with the woman I love more than anything or anyone in the entire world, and that's why this day is impossible to mess up. I love you so much Erza Scarlet.

He says with a smile as Erza nearly tears up from his wonderful words.

Erza : I love you too [Y/N] [L/N], with all my heart. I still can't believe I managed to find someone as amazing as you.

[Y/N] : Happy anniversary babe.

Erza : Happy anniversary to you too my love.

The two look at each other with pure love in their eyes before sharing a passionate kiss that lasts several seconds.

[Y/N] : Now, let's go back to my place, I have a surprise for you Erza.

Erza : Lead the way [Y/N].

Taking hold of her boyfriend's hand, Erza smiles as he leads her all the way to his house in Magnolia.

Entering his decently sized home, [Y/N] shows Erza to the dining room as he goes to the refrigerator and pulls out a strawberry cake that looks even better than the one Natsu and Gray destroyed.

Erza can't help but drool a little while looking at it before shifting her gaze to [Y/N].

Erza : W-what is that?

[Y/N] : A cake. I thought that was pretty obvious babe.

He chuckles at his poor attempt at humor as Erza shakes her head.

Erza : I know it's a cake [Y/N]. What I meant to say was where did it come from? Did you make two cakes?

[Y/N] : Indeed I did. The one you had earlier was just a regular cake I whipped up this morning to tie you over until I brought you here. This is the special one I made for our anniversary. Enough talk, dig in babe!

Erza takes a bite as her eyes light up with glee.

[Y/N] : So, how is it?

Erza : Heavenly! I've never had cake this good before!

[Y/N] : Hehe, glad you like it. I love you Erza.

Erza : I love you too [Y/N].

The happy couple share a quick kiss and proceed to feed each other cake while enjoying their anniversary together.
