"Tanjiro? Your face is covered in soot. Come over here." You watched as Tanjiro walked softly to Kie while you walked up. Kie wiped a white cloth around Tanjiros face.

"Y/n-san!" Shigeru jumped up and tugged on your leg.

"Oh! Y/n! Your back so soon!" Kie placed her hand on your shoulder.

"Yes, I wanted to make sure I was here before Tanjiro-sama left so I could help you and Nezuko with the house work and kids!" Tanjiro softly smiled at you and patted your head.

"Thank you! That's very considerate of you
Y/n-Chan!" Your face heated at the kind words from Tanjiro. You would never admit it, but since he found you curled up on the side of the mountain you've always been fond of him. A little to fond for friendly-ness. Though you buried her feelings as you would never risk ruining your bond.

"Its not a big deal! I'm happy to help!" You beamed at the boy.

"Alright! I'm heading out now!" He walked away into the distance as you lovingly stared at his back, his figure soon disappearing in the snow.

"Y/n!" You whipped you head around to meet Takeo's glare. "Where is Tanjiro?" Takeo gave you no casualties. No hellos nor how are you's. He personally envied you for stealing Tanjiros attention but he would never let anyone know that.

"That's a shame! He just left to descend the mountain." You said with a sad sigh. "Ill make sure to get you when he comes back ok?" You smiled at him.

"Ok.." He huffed eyes avoiding your gaze. "I was hoping he and I could chop wood together this time.." He mumbled. Oh well! Ill just chop a bunch so when he get back he'll be impressed! Takeo thought then ran off into the woods. You giggled at the way his face lit up. "Y/n-san!" Nezuko yelled making you turn in the direction of her voice.

"Could you grab Rokuta from me? I'm really tired." She frowned slouching down in front of the house.

"Oh well of course Nezuko-sama!" You rushed to Nezukos side untying the cloth from around Nezuko and retying it around herself securing the baby.

"Y/n!" Kie yelled from in the cabin. "Would you mind helping me around with some house work?" You softly smiled cuddling the baby closer to your chest. Nezuko looked at you with a mix of disappointment and guilt.

"I'm sorry Y/n-san! Ill do the house work so you'll be able to take care of Rokuta." She looked down at her feet. "Not to worry Nezuko-sama, I'll handle both!" You smiled at the raven haired beauty. "You go rest."

"Are you sure?" You simply answered with a nod.

"Yes! Ill be right there!" You yelled before rushing in the home. You swept the floors, before folding some laundry. You grabbed Tanjiros share of the bunch and began walking to your room.

You hadn't been able to sleep alone since you was brought in by the Kamados, so you found comfort in sleeping in Tanjiros arms. On nights where he wasn't home you usually cried yourself to sleep before waking up in a panic minutes later.
