"Y-yeah, it's amazing! Your health is better!" you praise her. "Th-that's good..." Her overjoyed expression drops. She looks a bit sad. "Are you okay?" *What?* "You look..." She hesitates. "...upset. Is it because of me?" She bites her bloody lip. "You don't have to pretend.."
"Why didn't you eat the sausage?" It slips out of your mouth. You instinctively cover it again. "I don't have to explain that to you." She turns her head away. "Wh-" your voice hitches. "Why not?I-I thought we were-!" "We are." She takes your hands, and you can feel hers shaking. "I just...I can't tell you...not quite yet." "Tell me what? Who are you gonna eat next, me?!" "No! No, I'd never...!" She pulls you into a hug and you wrap your arms around her. You know you have to give in and ignore it. But you also have to talk about this with her, for real. It doesn't matter how much it bothers you, that's not what matters now. "You know what," you say, as you retract from each other just enough to look at Six. "It doesn't matter, let's just...go. Let's keep going." Six smiles at you. "I love you." She says with a laugh. "Now come on, let's go, we're gonna escape soon, I promise!"
