you're absolutely terrified, with no idea what to do. If you ran you'd probably get killed because of recklessness, but if you tried to go slowly...they could get you so easily. You couldn't do this alone, you needed someone. So you take a breath, hoping that the leeches can't hear. "SSIIIIIIIIIIIIIXX?!" You call out, your voice cracking as you tried to focus on anything else but the danger getting closer, and closer... You don't hear anything in response, and just as you're about to call out again, a light illuminated the room. Her torch! You see Six standing right in front of a leech. "Wait, careful, they'll-!" She jumps up right onto the leech, killing it. "...oh." You nervously try and stomp on one that's already close to you, not completely killing it, so you stomp again, harder this time, killing it as it lay on the floor, motionless. You ran past the rest, either jumping on or over any that got too close.
You stop for breath in the light with Six. She holds out her hand and you take it. She pulls you along with her so abruptly you trip a bit, as she takes you far out of that room. You keep running and running, faster and faster as you notice the leeches falling from the ceiling. "Wait, I-!" You let go of her hand and stop to breathe for a couple of moments. She tilts your chin up to look at her, making you blush. "You ok?" "Y-yeah, sorry," you blurt out, straightening your posture. "Just got, um, bad breathing skills, haha..."
Six laughs, taking your hand again, and this time we're walking. We come to two planes of land connected by a narrower metal pathway. You step on the metal pathway, but as soon as you set foot it divides into two, each half retracting into the wall. You start running forward, needing to make that jump. You see that Six is already in on the other side. You jump across the barrier, barely reaching onto a box on the end of the second metal piece. Six grabs your hand and hoists you up as you topple onto her just as the bridge disappears and the box falls down into the depths. You quickly get up off her mumbling a quick apology. "This place..." you start. She tilts her head. "The nowhere, I mean. it's..."
