Chapter Text
In the morning, Helena could not believe how happy she was. Nozel accepted her, despite of her past. He wanted her with the whole package. She lied in her bed and stared at the ceiling. She was imagining his lilac eyes, stern face. A blush creeped up her cheeks. The warm feeling inside made her smile.
She did not move until Lidia, knocked on the door to her bedchamber.
"You're already awake, Helena-sama," her maid noticed surprised.
Helena basically jumped up, when she was pulled out of her thoughts. She moved her hair from her face and tried to hide the embarrassment.
"I just woke up earlier," she explained and got up from her bed. "Do you know anything about how Solid is feeling today?" Helena asked her maid. The word travelled fast, so she was sure that all of the servants knew of the previous day's incident.
"He is as good as ever, my lady," Lidia smiled and approached the wooden closet. "Do you wish to wear anything special?"
"I'm in a good mood, so let's pick something especially pretty," Helena walked over to her.
At the end she decided on a long red dress, very similar to the one she had on upon arriving in Clover. It was less Silva and much more Drazel House style. It had a slim top and long sleeves, which puffed up at the wrists. She wore a brown corset, which accentuated her waist. The skirt part fell down almost to the floor. Helena could only see the tips of her golden sandals, when she walked. However the length was so perfect, that she would not trip on it. Her dark chocolate hair was brushed by Lidia and then it was loosely tied in the back, by the golden band with the Drazel insignia.
Helena was led by her maid to join the siblings at the dining hall for breakfast. When she arrived, she noticed that none of them were sitting at the table. The Silvas stood by the head of it and they were talking. They all wore their white tunics and golden sandals. Nebra underneath hers, had put on a a pink, unsymmetrical dress, that she usually wore. Solid's purple, skin tight blouse, looked exactly like the one he wore the day before, with the exception of a massive hole on the side. Men had white puffy pants on, Solid's were shorter. Nozel was also dressed classically. Under the tunic was the blue, high collared blouse, with a rhomboid opening at his chest. Their silver hairstyles stuck out in the air as always.
When they saw her, the siblings suddenly went quiet. All of their gazes hung up on her.
"Hey," Helena smiled unsure. "What is it?"
"Solid told us about a bet, that the two of you have made," Nebra raised her eyebrow. Nozel just lurked from behind.
"Oh that," Helena said, brushing it off. "It's all in the past. How are you feeling now Solid?" She asked.
"Good," the younger brother answered. His gaze was serious and he took a few steps towards her. He halted in front of Helena and looked up at her. "But the bet isn't in the past," he took a deep breath and she could see that he was battling himself. "I was acting immature," he spoke through his teeth. "It was stupid to even come up with a bet like this."
Helena was shocked, that despite everything that had happened he still kept his side of the bargain. She looked at him surprised.
"I underestimated you," Solid admitted. "And you beat me fair and square. I had no idea that you had a spell like that in your arsenal," even though it was hard for him to admit defeat, Helena could see that his eyes were genuine.
