Seeing green as red,
The blood signifies the dead.
Jealousy tucked under the waves,
Of guilt and grief buried within.Seeing white as black,
Darkness intensified the fact
That he imploded his own ego,
His eyes rolling backward.Seeing the rest as grey,
You can't read in between to say
That you'd been here the whole time.
Because that was all a lie.And it was loud,
Overwhelming, yes.
Yes, it was.
But it made them dig deeper.Charcoal liquid,
An unusual sight.
It ticked like a bomb,
Spreading internally.What once was healthy
Soon got removed.
Buried to decease
As it left all the guilt.Seeing red as green,
His happiness was seen.
Infectious, a little,
But mostly just bloomed.Seeing black as white,
Innocence in sight.
He smiles like the sun,
And it hurts a bit more.It hurts a bit more
To know that they
Dug so deep and
Caused scars nowhere
To be seen.×××
