Tate's POV...
I run straight at the loud laughters, mainly because to run away from this crazy dude.
He follows me but I'm distracted by scene on the TV screen. There's video of Daniel and Ada's sex.
Who the fuck played this?
I immediately search for Ada, who's already rushing past people aggressively. I follow her, just like Daniel.
"Ada! Ada try to stay calm!" She doesn't listen to me but when she hears Dan's voice she turns around and slaps him.
"Why did you do that?! Why?! Let me tell you why, because you're a two-faced liar. You fucker, I didn't deserve this, none of this! I did nothing to you!" Ada keeps yelling at Dan, punching and kicking him. "You- you're fucking bastard. I swear to god I'll do worse to you, I'll hurt you terribly."
"Ada, Ada enough." She's doing terrible things to him and I can't stope her, though Daniel stands still, accepting that he deserved it. I shoot look at Silas who has followed us and watches us from distance. "Do you care to help?"
"No," his hands slide in pockets leisurely. Ada sits on concrete, hugging her knees and crying.
"Can you two leave us?" Daniel's words are more order than question.
"Yes Tate, I need to hear explanation from- from this bastard!" She can barely breathe.
We share a doubtful look, but it's right to let them be alone.
Suddenly, when I'm calmed down and out of tensed situation I feel so numb and hazy, like my head is gaining weight and I think I'll faint. My vision feels blurred and colors seem more vivid. There's sensation in my body that makes me feel detached from reality. As strength slips out of my knees I accidentally fall into Silas' arms. "Please don't tell me you're dying."
"It's spinning," I need to come back to my senses. "I'm fine." I'm not. He said I was drugged, am I really? "I told you I'm fine, let me go!"
He waits for me before I pull myself together, but out of nowhere Silas starts breathing deeply. "Are you okay?" I ask.
"I don't know about you but I don't feel good. You know what, let's leave this place, shall we?" Without my permission he holds my hand and leads me to his car. Despite my threat and protest, he won't let go until I'm seated in passenger seat.
"What are you doing? Silas I'm talking to you, what are you doing?!" He's getting behind the wheel. I fight with the door handle but it's locked. "Let me out of this car! Let me out right now!" I yell at him.
"Shh, I need silence." He answers casually, without worry.
As our car passes the angsty couple their concerned eyes follow us. "Where are we going?" There's no answer. "Silas you're high, I don't trust you." Still no response. Car is increasing the speed. "Silas we're going too fast. Where are we going?!" My heartbeat is going crazy. I try to hold onto my seat. "Silas be careful, you can't overtake like that. Slow down!"
"I'm burning." He lets out breathlessly. Drug is flowing in his veins.
"Silas, Silas are you okay?" He doesn't look well.
