Adrian waits outside the surgery room, biting his nails as he waits for the news of his son. He closes his eyes, pacing back and forth in front of the surgery room.

"Adrian, please." Randy said, trying to calm his friend down.

"My son is basically in a deathbed Randy, what do you want me to do?" Adrian said, stopping to look at Randy who looked down with a guilty expression.

"Sorry." Randy muttered, leaning back against the uncomfortable chair.

"It's alright." Adrian said, starting to pace again.

Dewey, Gale, Sidney, Tatum, Randy and him have been waiting for hours now. How many hours has it been? He doesn't know, it's hard to check the time when your son has a little chance of surviving the surgery.

Mickey couldn't be here because he would get arrested on sight. But if anything were to happen to their son, he would call Mickey and tell him what happened to their son.

Someone clearing their throat gets his attention and when Adrian stops his pacing again he sees Romeo's remaining friends group approaching them. Which was the Carpenter's sisters and the twins.

"It wasn't your fault that he became a killer, Adrian." Tara said.

"Yeah, it's Richie and Amber's fault." Mindy said, agreeing with Tara.

"He killed your friends." Adrian said, looking away to the door where his son is. "How can you forgive him?"

"We don't." Chad said, fiddling with the ring on his finger. The ring Romeo had bought for him when they had a friends-date. "But we won't hold it against him for doing what he had to do to survive."

"Even if he doesn't accept the offer, they would still do the killings. No matter if Romeo is there or not." Sam said, approaching Adrian. "Romeo would've died earlier and we wouldn't even know."

"We still don't know if he will survive this surgery." Adrian muttered, looking away from the door.

"Be strong for him Adrian." Sidney said, looking up at her friend.

"I am, but I don't know if I could if..." Adrian trailed off, not knowing what to say.

"Mr. Altieri?" A voice brings their attention away from Romeo. It was Deputy Farney.

"Yes?" Adrian questioned, wondering what the man would want with him. They had already done with the questioning and he had given Romeo's phone to them.

"We have something you need to see." Deputy Farney said, looking at the others sitting down. "You could come with, if you want."

"They won't mind?" Tara asked.

Deputy Farney shakes his head. "After everything you went through?"

"What about Rome?" Chad asked, pointing towards the surgery doors.

"We'll have someone to look after him, if there's an update we'll tell you." Deputy Farney said, nodding to Adrian before walking away.

"Adrian?" Tatum said, looking up at Adrian, waiting for his response.

Adrian nodded, letting out a breather. "Let's go." He said, walking towards where he saw Deputy Farney was walking.
