Chapter 22- Black Dust?

Percy's P.O.V

When we landed on earth we stumbled for a bit until we found our footing. We were just outside the cabin that I left from.

"Do you have any of your weapons on you?" I asked my father

"No, the guards took them away from me when I went back to Asgard." I nodded as he said that and lead him to the weaponry that was in the basement.

There he picked up a set of knifes and a copy of his staff that he made one time that was turned into the mind gem. It was similar to it with modifications.

From the cabin we made our way to the Avengers tower while calling Bruce and Steve. I started to tell them about the purple eyes when the line went dead, then Diávolos voice came over the line, "Well if it isn't Perseus Jackson. Who are you going to save Bruce or Steve." then the line went dead.

I turned to my father with a gleam in my eye, "He doesn't know that you're here. He wants me to choice to save one or the other. You go after Steve, cause the Hulk doesn't really like you, and I'll go after Bruce." I said.

With that two address were sent to my phone. I gave Loki the address for Steve while I got on my bike and started to head toward Bruce.

Bruce was by an abandoned warehouse just inside of new York while Steve was all the way on the other side of New York in another abandoned warehouse.

Making my way to the warehouse that Bruce was in was easy, to easy. When I got there I got off my bike and slowly made my way to the door.

It was the middle of the night and I got a flashlight and Riptide out. The light gleaming off Riptide helped but the flashlight really helped. Suddenly the door behind me closed fast and it felt as if it got even darker.

I walked to the middle of the room where Bruce was and started to untie the rope that was around his wrists and ankles. Suddenly he shifted, "hey stay calm and quiet. This is a trap and I don't know when it's getting sprung."

With that I got the last of the rope off and that's when the trap sprang. Monsters started to form and I got Riptide ready. Before going into battle I gave Bruce a knife and started to hack and swirl disintegrating monsters. I was a swirl of death.

None of the monsters good get me as I kept killing them having them turn into black ash. When all the monsters were gone I wasn't even out of breath and Bruce was trying not to Hulk out.

I put a reassuring hand on his shoulder and looked at the ash or dust that fell from the monsters. I took some in my hand and it felt the same like gold dust only the color was different.

My mind said it was a different mythology of monsters that made the color of dust different. Different dust color the different mythology. There was some gold dust mixed with the black so it was a swirl of colors.

I started to lead Bruce back outside when Diávolos's voice came on, "So you pick Bruce instead of Steve. Now tell me why?" he asked curious

I smirked, "Well father isn't all on good terms with the Hulk so instead he went after Captain America who doesn't have a problem with my father." I said smirking as I practically heard his smile turn into a frown, this wasn't going in his favor with another person helping me.

"Who is your father?" he hissed at me

I smiled innocently and said, "Spoilers." (Does anyone get the Doctor Who reference?) with that I turned and lead Bruce back to the meeting point.

Loki's P.O.V

Using my magic, which mother let me have just before leaving Asgard, I covered myself so no one could see me unless I wanted them too.

From there I teleported myself into the warehouse and made my eyes accumulate the dark, having me see everything like a wolf.

I saw the man I was after in a chair while trying to use his super strength to break out of the ropes that bound him.

From there I walked silently to him and let him see me, he jumped in surprise but quickly made him quiet. I then whispered, "Only you can see me, when I let you free don't talk to me just yet. Percy went to get Bruce, I am invisible and let you see me. Now be quiet." With that he went to the ropes and used the knife he got and cut the ropes.

Once I got Steve free it seemed the trap was sprung and I turned off my invisibility, "I'm not invisible anymore, catch." With that I tossed him a duplicate of his shield and started to hack and slash at the monsters that were coming.

We quickly destroyed the monsters. I looked at the dust that was black and then we quickly left to meet up with my son and the Hulk or Bruce Banner as I now know him, then we are going to fix the Avengers, and go after Diávolos.
