Rishabh's POV:
"Yaar ye toh matlab galat hai na." Vedika complained as she lost another Uno match.
"Aap dono Miya biwi na kuch jhol kar rahe hai pakka." Me and Paridhi laughed at her acussing
"It's okay Vedu, next match pakka you'll only win." My sweet wife tried to coax my troublesome sister.
"Nahi yaar bhabhi ke Jaa Rahi hu bahar." Vedika said getting up. She has been going out alot these days, it's Sunday today there's no college or extra lectures yet she's going out.
"Vedika! Ruk. Where are you going?" I asked firmly.
"Bahar, bhai." She shrugged as if duh
"Meri pyaari behna bahar kaha?"
"Mere doston ke sath. Bhabhi bolo na inko dekho kaise interogate kar rahe hai." When Vedika doesn't have answer her only solution is taking Pari's name. And a look from my wife is enough for me to step back but not this time.
"Pari..-dhi. You're not getting into this." I told her.
"Ha miss Vedika so, where are you going with your friends?"
Vedika looked at Pari and there was some eye gestures going on that i couldn't understand.
I coughed telling I'm right next to them."Uh- mall." Vedika said.
"Okay, kitne dost hai?"
"Bhai yaar apko kya karna hai janke."
"I thought you would like if I sponsored your meal, but that's okay if you don't want you can leave."
"Aye, mere pyaare bhai, paise du kya aaise nahi puchte. Paise de Dene ke." She sat next to me caressing my arm. Sister's are cute they say, offcourse.
I handed her some money and she walked away like a monkey who got banana, dancing with her hands in the air.
"Hmm! Last match?" Paridhi asked
"Sure!"
"Okay the one who loses will do the dishes!"
I scoffed "okay!"
Paridhi distributed the cards and maybe I was just too lucky before I had 2 draw fours already.
The game was going pretty intense with me and Pari playing as if it's chess. I enjoyed her competitiveness, when she thought she was about to lose her brows would get knitted, eyes attentive and body stiff . And when felt she would win she would act like a diva, bowing down a gratitude and then wiggling her eyebrows to tease me.
Finally the match was about to end, Pari had 4 cards while I had only 1, draw Four, one move and game over and so would Pari's excitement. So I kept picking up more and more cards until she finally said "UNO!"
She made faces and gave me thumbs down, and I kept grinning watching her.
"Wait, Why didn't you put the draw 4? You could have won the game long back." she said, while checking my cards.
"Well I could have, but I wouldn't have been able to see the happiness on your face then." I admitted..
She looked at me admiration "you still lost thou, now the kitchen duty is yours" and teased me.
"Ahaa, I lost. But tumhe pata hai haar ke jeetne wale ko kya kehte hai?" I asked.
"Bazigaar?" She guessed.
"Nahi, Aashiq!" I stated, pulling her in a kiss.
---
"Bhabhi se puch lo mumma, hai na bhabhi aap toh mili hai na mere doston se..bhai bhi toh mile the!" Vedika exclaimed while seeking permission from maa and papa while I sat back enjoying the drama. Until my little sister dragged me into it.
