To somebody who still suffering from the scars that were left for them in the past, know that you are not alone and you don't need to face it alone. You might think that being independent will solve everything but sometimes seeking once help could be the solution.
There is no problem if you want to prove that you are strong but even the Strongest Hero needs saving for them to save others. Saving yourself with the right person will eventually lead you to win a fight.
For someone who thinks that they are a burden when they need a hand imagine what others think would feel who are close to you if you buried your trouble. They will feel that they are not needed or they cannot do anything for you. You think that you are keeping them away from negative things but You are actually keeping them away from You.
Let the people enter your Life.
Let them do their purpose in your Life.
Let them teach you about Life.
Even if it hurts, you will gain lessons that you will thank for in the future.
And lastly, trust yourself that you can save not just you but everyone around you.
