The waves were crashing before the sea God's son's feet as he admired the scenery infront of him, the moonlight shining on the demi-god.

the cold night breeze hitting him which messed up his already messy soft hair, which gradually gained a chuckle from the boy.

The son of Poseidon sighed before humming a sweet tone, which was heard by his lover as she went to find him.

Percy hadn't even noticed his lover standing behind him melting at the sound of him and his hum, he continued to hum as she listened, his voice was like the fire under a pan melting butter, like ice cream melting on a hot sunny day, or atleast that's how she saw it as.

A few moments later, Percy continued to hum to the tune while his hands were playing with the waves by making a small tornado out of it.

As he closed his eyes, to relax in a sense, which he was unaware of his surrounding making him quite vulnerable.

Percy's head slowly swayed back and forth unknowingly while he was still humming the tune that was stuck in his head.

The waves were still playing with his feet making him giggle quietly while his eyes were closed.

Meanwhile, you had snuck up on Percy from behind and covered his head with a large blue towel, giggling as you did so.

"Boo!" you giggled as you sat beside him, letting go of the towel

Percy's eyes shot wide open upon hearing the familiar voice of his girlfriend as his eyes narrowed.

Seeing the blue towel, he quickly recognized who was behind him and smiled as he looked directly at you.

He chuckled as he looked at you.

"Hi sweetheart, watcha doing here?"

He said in a flirtatious manner as he put his arms around you and planted a kiss on your cheek.

"You weren't in bed, so i figured you'd be here" she replied to him with a smile plastered on her face.

Percy let out a breath as he let you place your head on his shoulder and then looked at the moon while stroking your hair slowly.

"You're right, i wasn't able to sleep so decided to come here, the waves help me relax in a sense."

He chuckled softly and then turned back to the moon.

"What about you? Couldn't you sleep either?"

"Mhm" you nodded as you held his hand

Percy smiled as he pulled you gently into a hug before wrapping his arms around you in a protective manner.

"That's fine then, i guess we're both night owls, not sleeping at night and staying up till next day."

He chuckled softly as he started to brush your hair away from your eyes using his fingers carefully.
