Time hadn't stopped for anybody, all of Class A and B had graduated with full honors and were skyrocketing in popularity right out of the gate. Midoriya and Bakugo even opened their own agency within a year of graduating, employing all of their former classmates. The hero world had faced a major reform after the defeat of All For One and Shigaraki, and their class would carve the new image with diligence, love, and compassion. These lessons had been learned particularly hard after Denki's dropping of the hero course, which did throw everyone in Class A off for a while. They never forgot Denki, though, even saving him a seat at graduation and paying respects to his work as a hero while it lasted. So, now, as everyone was in their early twenties and living out very promising careers, it seemed only fit for Denki to throw everyone off again.

Tokoyami prided himself on being in the know about all the rock, grunge, or punk bands that made their way onto the scene. It was never just a phase, it was always his vibe. He made it clear by the way he would sport the "emo" aesthetic anytime he was out of costume, earning him his own unique fanbase. Jiro would often join with her punk rock aesthetic as well, thus the two became closer after becoming pros.

So, when Tokoyami was on desk duty, he had heard the radio host of his favorite grunge station announce a new song from an up and coming American punk band. The song that proceeded to play spoke to his soul: the synthesized melody was deeply heavy, the drums made his heart palpitate, the bass rattled his ribcage, the guitar shredded the thread of existence, and the vocalist melted everything together with his wide range. Tokoyami, for the first time in a long time, was speechless. After the song finished, the radio host told the listeners of the American band STORM. Tokoyami immediately turned off the radio and went to ViewTube to look up their music. None of their videos had them in it, just visualizers that curved to their melodies. He, of course, immediately shared this new found band with Jiro who had been off that day. Jiro also was mesmerized by the music and downloaded all their songs.

For a few weeks, Jiro and Tokoyami sung the praises of this American band to the point everyone at the agency listened to it. They all loved the music, much to some of their own surprises. Yes, it was punk and grunge, but it still held so much emotion and depth that you could feel the waves of despair or anger or whatever the band was conveying. Hell, even Koda downloaded a few of their songs. When it came to light that STORM did private events, Tokoyami took it as an opportunity to book them for Jiro's birthday celebration. The agency was already going to throw her a massive surprise party, this would just be the icing on the cake. Unknowing of the chaos that would come out of it.

"GUYS~" Ariel shouted from the office Denki had designated for their band. Everybody had moved in with Denki and Chase, since they had the space for them. The two men didn't mind, they were all going to probably tour together someday anyway. They all were well aware of each other's routines and habits, so it worked better for all of them to be within arms reach if someone needed another, "YOU'LL NEVER BELIEVE WHO JUST BOOKED US!!!" She came barrelling into their second living room, where everybody was binging this new 'Behind the Villain' documentary.

"Jesus, Munchie, whoever it is, they must be important," Pearson joked while sitting up a bit, forcing Thomas to adjust himself too. Vanessa paused the documentary, anxious to hear who they would be performing for. Ariel's eyes turned devious, like she was about to spill piping hot tea all about the King of fucking England. The paper she was holding turned out to be the printed email of the invite, as well as all details of the event they'd be performing at.

"Pro Hero Tsukuyomi has booked us for Pro Hero Earphone Jack's surprise birthday bash! He said Dynamight would be sending the agency's private jet to come get us and that he reserved two five star hotel suites that are all inclusive. The agency even gifted us six limitless spending cards and are going to pay 50K if we perform five songs at her party," Denki felt his face drain of all colors. Chase noticed as soon as it happened and hugged him close.
