Chances Given, Chances Wasted

 "Chase, are you serious?" Denki whispers. He can hardly comprehend the proposal, but the sincerity in Chase's deep crimson eyes melted all traces of doubt. Denki began giggling as tears fell down his cheeks like rivers, "oh, Chase, fucking yes! Yes, yes, YES!" he laughed as he hugged Chase's neck, sending the couple flying back. Chase laughed as he clutched Denki close, brushing his hair with his free hand.

Kirishima watched from the doorway, frozen. His eyes wide and pupils blown, sweat beading down his neck. He watched as Denki and Chase kissed lovingly on the bed, the two giggling and smiling like the idiots in love they were. Kirishima's mouth was dry, had Chase told Denki everything? Were the two going back to America and cutting them off permanently? Would he lose Denki again?

Kirishima's shock wore away to bitter agony when he heard Denki moan. He watched through the door's tiny window as Chase clamped his hand over Denki's ass, squeezing and groping the blonde's ass. Kirishima shivered and turned, leaning his back against the door. The two continued to makeout for five minutes before Denki stopped Chase from pursuing further. Chase let out a sad whimper and chased his lips, but Denki gently pushed Chase back down.

"I want to keep kissing you," Chase whined, a hand still on Denki's hip. Denki chuckled and cupped Chase's cheek, giving him one last forehead kiss before standing up. He clutched Chase's hand as it left his hip and was kept out stretched.

"We can make all the proposal porn you want when we get back to the States. Unless the doctor's orders say otherwise," Chase licked his lips and moaned.

"What a way to go out~" Denki laughed and gently whacked Chase's chest.

"Really, me riding you is the best way to go out? You can't think of any other way?" Denki tilted his head in curiosity. Kirishima felt his heart palpitate and his mouth salivate at the thought. It broke his heart when reality came back in the form of a weak chuckle by Chase.

"Denki, anything with a naked you would be the best way to go out~" Chase winked and Denki burst into laughter loudly. Kirishima frowned, he truly had lost Denki to Chase. In retrospect, he deserved it. He deserved losing him to someone like Chase, who undoubtedly loves Denki endlessly. Even after they had a huge fight and after this whole ordeal, one of the first things Chase says is 'let's get married'?

Denki is a hopeless romantic! Of course he'd say yes! Kirishima sighed, this was something out of a twisted romance novel where he was the villain. And that realization hurt the most, he was a villain in Denki's story. He couldn't even lighten that title to rival or frenemy, there was no way Denki would forgive Kirishima if he knew about everything. Kirishima was a villain, a jealous and cowardly villain in his former best friend's story. He tried so hard to steady his nerves so he could enter the room and face the couple, but Momo approached before he could.

"Hey Kirishima, I'm here to relieve you!" she said before looking at the window, her eyes lighting up, "OH! He's awake!" she threw open the door and cheered, "Chase-san! I'm so happy you're ok! Do you need anything?" she questioned as she ran over to the bed. Chase chuckled and shook her head.

"Not unless you can make me an engagement ring," Chase commented with a small smirk. Momo gasped as she looked at Denki, who nodded and smiled back at her. Momo cheered once again and jumped in the air repeatedly. She clapped with glee and her eyes sparkled.

"How wonderful! I'm going to tell the others! We'll have a huge engagement party to send you off to!" she then paused, "if...If that's ok with you two?" Denki laughed and looked at Chase, who simply shrugged with a smirk. He wasn't much of a part guy, but he knew Denki was.

"I wouldn't mind!" Chase answered, to which Momo squealed. She quickly hopped on her phone and FaceTimed Midoriya, who picked up right away. He was wearing his casual clothing, signifying he was off duty.
