Love Bites

After seeing his family murdered by a pack of wolves Argo vowed to seek justice, he went into the woods to find a tribe of hunters to train him on ways of killing wolves, after several tests he was finally accepted as one of the forest people ( zanata) he then began his training in which he showed great skills because of his will . One day during his hunting rounds he met a blind man and he helped him to find a shelter in the nearby cave . In the cave there was a sleeping bear which woke up as soon as it heard them , to Argo's suprise the blind man fought the beast and killed it with his bare hands " ah that's nothing back in the days I used to slay lions for fun" said the blind man, which prompted argo to ask who he was, the blind man told him his story that he was born with extraordinary strength he could ran faster, see far, sense quicker and had the strength of almost 20 men. His name was Samson argo had never heard stories of Samson before which made Samson very suprised because he believed he was well known . Samson's parents had a covenant with god that Samson will be the protector of the people of his nation, he enjoyed company of women but couldn't find a woman whom his heart would belong to among his people, as fate would have it he fell for a woman from a rival nation called Delilah. Delilah was as beautiful as she was charming and what drived Samson towards her the most is how she wasn't afraid of him, most people feared Samson but not her she just loved him for whom he was inside.their love disturbed their nations Samson's people felt like Samson was abandoning them and his duties as their protector and they also thought Delilah was a spy, but those words were just rumors to Samson all he cared about was how happy he was with her. Years passed and the rival nations came together to figure out how they were to separate those two since neither side were comfortable with them being together, they tried to attack Samson multiple times but being strong as he was they were always defeated, one old woman from Samson's nation came up with an idea "a man can take and survive physical damage but what of his emotions? Maybe we find a way through his heart from the back not the front" meaning someone would have to betray Samson so terribly that it leaves an aching pain through his heart enough to kill him. Delilah was known to be quite charming so they decided to find people to flirt with her and hopes that she might cheat on Samson, but she loved him and that didn't work, so they kidnapped Delilah's family and blackmailed her to find Samson's weaknesses and she agreed out of fear, she asked Samson what was his weakest point if someone were to strike him he would be vulnerable and he said the area behind his knees and the next time he was attacked the enemies aimed right at that area but that wasn't his weakness so he walked off fine, she asked him again how could he be bound and captured he said he couldn't break free from gold chains and the next time he was attacked his enemies had golden chains which didn't help them he still won, Delilah was getting anxious and Samson was getting suspicious was she trying to kill him? So she came crying to him about why he lied to her and that he didn't trust her but Samson wanted to prove a point so he told her "a sharp peace of hard wood can put me down for eternal sleep given I be struck by a person closer to my heart " which was also a lie but he wanted to be certain if she was really going to try to kill him and the next morning he woke up he found a wooden stake in his stomach and Delilah was just standing there next to him, he was so angry and heartbroken of how could she have done that , the pain was too much for him that he didn't even feel that stake in his gut , suddenly he couldn't move all his strength had left him, he no longer had a will to fight for the first time in his life he felt weak and in that moment Delilah called the enemy soldiers , who came and put him in chains and pierced his eyes then threw him in a cell , and for months he was tortured in anyway they saw fit he was fed to the dogs, stabbed, beaten and burned somehow he didn't die, and after sometime Delilah paid him a visit, "they had my family and they said they were going to kill them if I didn't help them capture you, two moons after you were captured they came back and killed everyone including the children saying betrayal is in our blood and we weren't allowed to infect anyone else with it but they left me alive as a lesson to others, the men who came to approach me were from your nation and the men who captured you were from my nation and the soldiers from both sides murdered my family, I have no other reason to live Samson I came to say my goodbyes, I plan to drown myself in the temple waters tonight at midnight, I was a fool and I don't deserve your forgiveness or your love fair well and may the sun be kinder on you in the years you have left in this miserable world" she then left he couldn't stop her because he wasn't sure anymore if she wasn't lying because of her he couldn't believe anyone he didn't even believe in himself anymore.

Early the next morning he was woken by a splash of water, the guards took him to a large hall where he heard laughter from a lot of people, then it was publicly announced that he was positioned at the edge of the tample's holy water pool which his woman had drowned in. The news pierced Samson deeply and all the sudden all his senses came back to him and they were more heighten than before he could smell a baby's breath at the end of the hall , he could hear birds nesting miles away from the hall he could see inside everyone's bodies and he saw their hearts , suddenly he felt thirsty like he never had a drink in his whole life and as more as he looked he started smelling blood and began to crave it, he looked around the hall and saw there was two pillars holding the hall ceiling together from one end of the hall and if these pillars were to fall the ceiling would crumble down and crush everyone in the hall . So he placed his hands on the pillars and with all his might he pushed them apart and the ceiling fell upon the people none could escape, the pieces of walls were soaked with blood which Samson started drinking and the more he drank the thirstier he got so he drank some more and before he realized he had drank the whole commotion dry , bodies were left pale as the color of snow he was strong enough to get out of the rubble without a hustle. He looked around he was standing at his doing and it frighten him to see how once he was a protector and now he became a destroyer he started running and as he was running he noticed he was faster than the birds, everything seemed to be moving slower than him , he reached at the forest near a small village and he decided he would start living in these woods away from the people since he was more beast than he was a man. After several years he discovered that he could turn others to be like him but the downfall was they were more volatile than him and had no control over these new powers and he eventually had to put down some of them himself, he realized his past was hunting him and it was vivid to anyone who dared to carry his blood, he hated the sun because of the last words Delilah told him so who ever he turned burned at the presence of the sun, each time he saw holy water he was scared because that's where delilah drowned in but a drop of holy water was deadly to his spawns , the spawns could also be killed by a wooden stake to the heart symbolizing the betrayal of delilah, the spawns couldn't break free from silver chains as a reminder of the Times he was bound by chains.
