"Girl, leave it up to your fat-head ass to call me at 8 in the morning." Lani mugged the FaceTime video of Tiny.
"Bitch, shut up. If I'm finna have to be driving you around, you finna be on my timin'." Tiny playfully rolled her eyes.
"Ouu, girl, I don't like you." Lani mugged, grabbing her Versace robe and putting it on. She grabbed her phone off the counter, walking out of her bathroom.
"Where you going?" Tiny asked, seeing the background change.
"To go check the mail." Lani responded, walking to the kitchen to grab her AirPods, putting one in and leaving the phone on the counter.
"I'm in your AirPods?" Tiny asked, moving the camera a little, causing Lani to wince at the noise.
"Yea, I ain't feel like holding my phone and the mai—WTF!" Lani yelled out.
"What happened?!?" Tiny yelled right after.
"Why. The. Fuck. Is. There. A. Audi. Sitting. Outside. My. House." Lani shockingly spoke.
"Ok, bitch, did you have to do a dramatic pause after every word?" Tiny rolled her eyes at the dramatics.
"Yes, because I did not buy this. Like, at all." Lani exasperated.
"So then how did it get there?" Tiny raised a brow.
"I don't know... wait, I think it's something on the car." Lani spoke, walking up to the car and seeing the white card with a red K sitting between the windshield wipers.
—Hello mami, congratulations on your move to Miami. I overheard this was your dream car, so I thought I'd buy it for you, pretty lady. –K
"Oh no, that's some creepy white shit. Just leave it there and hope it disappears." Tiny quickly responded, moving her phone.
"Hell no, clearly it's a gift. Who am I to turn down a gift?" Lani rolled her eyes, walking back into the house to grab her phone.
"A dumb pretty bitch." Tiny responded, seeing Lani in the camera. Her background moved back outside as she flipped the camera around, showing the car.
"Waitttt... it's so mf pretty. Never mind, go 'head and keep it. I can't even say nothing." Tiny shrugged at the pretty car.
"Whoever did this is so sweet. It's exactly what I wanted." Lani stared at the car in awe, walking over to the door and getting in, looking at the blacked-out seats with red outlining.
"Yea, it's cute and all, but you better make sure you ain't got no stalker or whatever." Tiny reminded her.
"You right. I am an influencer—it might be one of my crazy fans. And how do they know where I live already? I haven't even posted my move." Lani sat back in the seat, pouting.
"Lani, you knew what it was when you became an influencer. Don't even act shocked." Tiny pouted for her friend.
"Yea, you right. But I'm still keeping the car 'cause Lord knows it was gon' be a while before I'd be able to pay for this." She mumbled, making Tiny laugh.
"Okay, so you have a photoshoot in an hour, so you really need to go in that house and get ready." Tiny spoke, reading off the schedule she set for her bestie.
Tiny was Lani's assistant—even when she moved, she still did her job. Lani wasn't big on the media yet, but she was definitely getting there.
Lani's following count sat right at 500k, which was enough to get her a bunch of deals to keep moving forward.
"Well now at least you don't have to pick me up." Lani put out there, getting out of the car and walking over to the mailbox to collect the mail.
"You right, which means I'm going back to sleep. Bye, bitch." Tiny yelled before hanging up, making Lani laugh.
She collected the mail, walking back up her drive. She took one more look at the car and the note in her hand before continuing inside.

"Ok, now turn left and raise your bottom just slightly," the director directed Lani's poses.
Lani was currently at her photoshoot for True Religion. She was their front page for the month.
"Perfect, Dalani, perfect!" the director yelled as the camera continued to flash.
"My bestie so bad." Tiny smiled, holding the clipboard and pushing up her glasses.
"Nah, you just gay." Ty mumbled, walking past her.
"Nigga, fuck up, I don't care." Tiny flipped him off.
"Bitch, IDGAF that you DGAF, da hell." Ty said back with his hands on his hips.
"Look at your stance, and you calling me gay. Child, bye." Tiny waved him off.
"Do you wanna fight or what?" Ty asked, staring dead at her.
"If y'all gon' go back and forth, y'all can get TF." Lani smiled prettily.
"Oh, see, nah, that deserves an ass whooping." Ty turned around and pointed.
"One thing I agree with you 'bout." Tiny mugged, walking out the room, Ty following behind her.
⸻
"Alright, you're on your 30-minute break." The director announced, making Lani quickly get down from the white stage and walk out the room, hearing Ty and Tiny still argue.
"At this point, just fuck." Lani yelled down the hallway, making Ty and Tiny turn around, stopping in their tracks and letting Lani catch up to them.
"Do you wanna fight?" both of them said at the same time, making Lani laugh.
"No, but I'll take another Birkin bag, so..." She smiled, slapping her ass and walking away.
"Baby, it ain't worth the hype." Tiny scrolled on her phone.
"Bought 'bout five bitches a Birkin and I hit the first night every time." Ty smiled at the thought.
"You is so fucking dirty, ew." Tiny mugged Ty in disgust.
"Can you just mind your business for once?" Ty threw his hands up in irritation.
"Nigga, you just told us your damn business. Did you not want a response?" Tiny mugged.
"Yes, but not from your trifling ass." He sassed back.
"Trifling?" She jerked her head back.
"Break over!" The director yelled, making Lani get up, leaving the room—not before laughing.
