Y/n entered their cozy home with Five trailing behind. With a cheerful shout, she declared, "We're home!" The joyful sound prompted two little girls to come running towards the couple, excitedly shouting, "Yayyy!" Five scooped up one of the little girls, tossing her into the air as she giggled gleefully. "I missed my two girls!" he exclaimed with a warm smile, to which the girls responded in unison, "We missed you too, daddy!"
As the family shared this heartwarming moment, Faith descended the stairs, a fond smile on her face. Faith, with a curious grin, asked, "So how was the date?" Y/n responded with enthusiasm, "It was amazing!" Five chuckled and added, "Yeah, it was nice getting out of the house and having some alone time with Y/n." Faith smiled and reassured Y/n and Five, "I'm glad you enjoyed yourselves." Five, with a fond expression, asked, "How were the girls?" Faith happily shared, "Oh, they were wonderful. We had a lot of fun, watched a movie together. They've been little angels."
Y/n smiled at the girls' excitement and said, "You know what that means?" The girls squealed in unison, "Ice cream!" The family shared a chuckle as the little ones rushed to the kitchen. Faith laughed and walked towards the door, "I'm going to head out, I still have plans tonight." Y/n smiled and said, "Thank you for everything." Five added, "Drive safe." Faith nodded, exchanged warm goodbyes, and exited, leaving. The kitchen was filled with joy as Five and y/n joined their daughters at the table. Five chuckled and headed to the freezer, retrieving two small ice cream cups. He handed them to y/n, who placed them in front of the eager girls. Their excited squeals resonated in the room.
The girls eagerly grabbed their spoons and delved into their ice cream, creating a delightful scene. Five settled into a chair next to y/n, and as their daughters enjoyed their sweet treat, the couple exchanged a glance filled with happiness. One of the daughters excitedly asked, "Mommy, can we have a movie night and invite Aunt Lila over?" The other daughter chimed in, "We should invite everyone over!" Five's eyes widened as he looked at y/n, and a moment of silent communication passed between them. Y/n cleared her throat, scratching her head, and making eye contact with Five. The unspoken agreement seemed to settle, and y/n smiled at her daughters, "Sure, sweethearts. We can plan a family movie night."
The two girls cheer and finish their ice cream. Five whispers to y/n, "Can't wait for the family reunion," his tone somewhat sarcastic. Y/n whispers back, "Oh, stop it. It'll be good having everyone together again. It's been a while. Plus, the girls haven't seen everyone since they were toddlers." Five looks back at their daughters as they finally finish their ice cream. He sighs and smiles as he looks back at y/n. Five then whispers, "I'll call everyone, get the girls all cleaned up." Y/n smiles and gives Five a kiss on his lips. The two girls then say, "Eww!" as they both pull away and chuckle.
Y/n stands up and tells the girls, "Come on, let's get you both cleaned up." The girls get up and follow y/n out of the kitchen, leaving Five there as he cleans up the empty ice cream containers and throws them in the trash. Y/n walks up the stairs with the girls, leading them to the bathroom upstairs. The two girls walk into the bathroom with Y/n, their laughter echoing off the tiled walls. Y/n smiles at them, their youthful energy contagious. She takes a wet rag and begins cleaning off their faces, remnants of ice cream clinging to their cheeks. The girls giggle and squirm a bit, enjoying the playful moment with their mom.
The curious daughter points to a picture on the sink counter, her eyes widening with interest. "Mommy, what's this picture?" she asks, gesturing towards the framed image of Y/n in a beautiful white gown and Five in a sharp black suit.
Y/n looks at the picture, a fond smile gracing her lips. She crouches down to their eye level and begins to explain, "That, my sweethearts, is a picture from Mommy and Daddy's wedding day. It's a very special day when two people who love each other very much decide to spend their lives together."
