We all split up to get changed into our bathing suits - which Jules warned us to all bring - and Leia and I head downstairs where we'll be sleeping here tonight. Together.
It's only been a week since the party where we made out until her dad came to pick her up and ever since then, I've been so infatuated by her that I'm shocked at how little I was into Kate. I was so awful to her but I just assumed it was me being an awkward kind of guy and not some asshole that wasn't too attracted to her as I initially thought.
But with Leia... my world just seems brighter. She makes me laugh and smile like a fucking idiot and she's somehow into me as well. When she asked me after class if we wanted to be exclusive, I nearly fainted at how fucking excited I was. Like this pretty girl wants to date me? Is she insane?
"Do you want the right side or left?" Leia asks as she jumps on the pull out bed. Her chestnut brown, curly hair falls around her as she lays back, the image of her like this so sexy that I have to glance away to keep tame.
I clear my throat. "Any side will do," I say as I put our bags against a wall. I glance around the basement to see a bar that wraps around into the corner, a pool table right behind the couch, and a small ballet room off on the other side of the stairs. I turn back to Leia to find her with her fist on her temple and staring at me seductively. I give her a half smile. "I guess we're official then."
Her lips grow into a smile. She quickly shoves off the bed and jumps into my arms, kissing every inch of my face. I carry her over to the bed and I lay down with her on top. Running my hands along her body, Leia giggles into my lips as my one hand finds her ass. As I squeeze, Leia bites my bottom lip which gets me very quickly in the mood for something more. I know she can feel it too by how she slightly tenses. I pull away from her to mumble, "Sorry."
Leia sits up slightly and places a hand on my chest. "I don't mind," she says softly. "As long as it reappears tonight."
My eyes widen at the implication of that statement and thankfully I don't have to answer as Seth comes clambering down the basement steps and looks around the room, not even giving us any attention. "You fuckers got this whole place and I have to sleep in the living room?" he whines as he heads straight for the pool table.
"Seth, can you pretty please leave?" I ask as nice as possible.
He snorts. "Oh, I'm sorry. Were you guys a little busy?"
Oh my god, I am going to kill him.
Leia laughs and rolls off of me. As I sit up to hide my bulge, she joins him at the pool table. "Sorry you got the short end of the sleeping arrangements," she tells him.
"Ehh, it's alright," Seth says. "Jon and I haven't exactly been intimate since we've started dating." I look over my shoulder. Seth rarely talks about his casual relationship with Jon but Max and I assumed that meant that they were fucking and not seriously dating. But I guess we were wrong. They're dating but haven't reached a certain base yet. "I see your pity look, Evans, and I don't appreciate it," Seth adds as he jumps up on the pool table.
"It's there for a reason."
He rolls his eyes. "You weren't intimate with Kate. Why is this any different?"
At the sound of my ex-girlfriend's name, my ears heat up. I glance at Leia but she doesn't seem bothered by it but I wish she was. I've been dying to tell her about Kate and how shitty I am but we both never talked about our previous relationships and I don't really want to ruin this thing between us before we've even started.
I frown and stand up, my body finally relaxing after being so excited with Leia, and say, "Seth, I love ya, but we gotta change for the hot tub."
Seth rolls his eyes again. "Why didn't you wear your bathing suits underneath your clothing?" He lifts up his shirt to see the bright neon pink waist band of his trunks underneath his jeans. I give him a look so he can fuck off and thankfully he gets the memo. "Fine," he sighs. "I'll be timing you two so no funny business."
