Pipe Nightmare part 2

Notes: instead of banging my head against the wall trying to write long chapters, I'll just release multi-part shorter ones.
The warehouse held a eerie feeling to it. You couldn't see anything through the open doorway besides shadow, but they knew pipes filled every last inch of the building. If you listened, you could occasionally hears metal stretching and liquid flowing. The building was not welcoming in the slightest.
"Remember to leave all equipment the SCP would see as a threat outside, I'd rather not have any of you dying from acid or molten lava." Lara reminded them. "Also be sure that Cory properly sorted his equipment so the pipes don't kill all of you." Cory felt a burning shame, despite his intelligence, he wasn't a child. That fact did not stop his entire squad from babying him. He forgot about how prevalent this attitude was towards him during his years away. He was considered a foundation agent, but he was also considered an agent in need of a babysitter. Hooper went through all his equipment with him, and thankfully he did it correctly on his own.
"Alright, I want everyone to stay close. We don't want any pipe shifting to separate us. If you notice abnormal pipe movement, report it immediately. If you even think you might have damaged a pipe, report it immediately and begin to evacuated. Are we clear?" Trianna asked authoritatively. "Yes ma'am." Hooper instantly replied. "Cory?" Trianna raised an eyebrow. "Yes ma'am."
The trip through the labyrinth had mostly been silent and boring. But the environment naturally lended itself to an air of unease. The twisting and creaking of this dark maze an ever present reminder of the danger. Pipes of various makes and size make up this alien world of a warehouse. Some seemingly normal PVC while others could be fleshy and breathing. The tracker led them to the rover, seemingly fused to a pipe of the same material. Did it count as a pipe itself, there would only be one way to find out?
