He didn't know how long they were traveling in hyperspace. It may have been a few hours, maybe even a few days. He lost track of time as he tried his best to keep the Force bubble from breaking as they traveled through hyperspace.

Thrawn continued to struggle to escape the Purrgil's death grip. He glared at the boy who was responsible for this. The one who managed to defeat him! One who mocked for his pacifistic ways of handling things.

Thrawn: How long do you plan to keep this up?!

Ezra: "As long as it takes."

Ezra didn't dare to say it out loud. If he did, he may very well lose his concentration and drop the Force Bubble, killing them all. He had to hold on for as long as he could, get both himself and Thrawn as far away from the known galaxy as possible, so there would be no chance of either of them being able to return for a long time.

But he was faltering. He knew he wouldn't be able to hold this for much longer. Sooner rather than later, he would end up dropping the Force bubble. He needed to–

He stopped when he felt something. A pull from the Force. Urging him to stop. That this, this is where he needed to be. He wanted to continue, wanted to get as far away as he possibly could, and hold for as long as he could. But Kanan always told him to trust in the Force. And so he did.

He commanded the Purrgil to stop and they did. The Purrgil with the Chimera in toe came out of hyperspace over an unknown world. He commanded them to let go and continue on their way. the did so, releasing Thrawn from his captivity. They soon jumped to hyperspace, leaving the damaged Chimera floating in space towards the unknown world.

The bridge's blast shields soon shut, protecting them from the vacuum of space. It was at that moment that Ezra finally released his Force bubble, collapsing to the ground and taking huge gasps of air. That took so much out of him, that he'd need a few minutes before he would be able to move.

Unfortunately, Thrawn didn't give it to him. Evident by the blaster he was pointing to his face. The doors to the bridge opened and dozens of Stormtroopers and officers rushed in. The bucketheads surrounded the Jedi and aimed their blasters while the officers quickly manned the controls of the Star Destroyer.

Thrawn: I must admit Bridger, you impressed me. More so than anyone has in the past. But all you've done was delay the inevitable. All we need to do is trace the hyperspace route we took and then return the way we came. We will retake Lothal and execute your friends. A pity you won't be around to see it, as I would love nothing more than to see the agony on your face to learn your sacrifice meant nothing in the end. I learn from my mistakes, and the biggest was taking you alive, despite the Emperor's orders. I will end you, right here, right now.

Ezra, if he had enough strength to speak, would have come up with a witty comeback, but even if he did, he came up with nothing. Looks like this was it.

But before Thrawn could pull the trigger, the Chimera shook violently, as if it was experiencing a planet-quake. Many people lost their footing and fell, Thrawn managed to keep his footing and turned toward the bridge officers.

Thrawn: What's happened?! Have we been attacked?!

Bridge Officer 1: No Grand Admiral, sir! Were being pulled into a nearby planet's gravitational field!

Thrawn: Activate the stabilizers and pull us out!

Bridge Officer 1: It's no use, sir! Those creatures must've damaged the stabilizers and thrusters when they grabbed the ship!

Bridge Officer 2: Grand Admiral! The reentry shielding is shot! It's gonna get really hot here real fast! The ship will come apart as it enters orbit!

Thrawn grit his teeth.
